Facility was clean, felt secure, view was amazing. Down side...bed was terrible, the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in, had to sign a waiver to not open the hide a bed...it was very obviously broken as it sat sunken in itself. You could feel all the framework through the cushions, we opted to sit in the two table chairs in the room. Breakfast was above average and breakfast area was very clean. No extra blankets in room, obviously since it was impossible to sleep in the bed. Door to deck was extremely hard to open. Pool sauna facilities looked clean and well kept. Scale of 1 to 10 for value 6. Safe, clean and friendly.

In general, the room was nice. I had one issue with the where the water would not flow in the bathroom tub and shower. The TV remote control was so beat up that pieces for the buttons were missing.

The only bummer was not being able to use the jets in the jacuzzi tub after 10pm. I didnt count that against my rating because its understandable why they have that rule!!! Would stay here again!

The staff were great, the room was ok for a pet friendly room. The couch and chair were older. The room was nice the hot tub in the room was amazing. The bathroom was newly remodeled. The bed was a little hard , the room had no ac but the ceiling fan seemed to keep it cool enough.

Our stay was good. The bed was not comfortable and hard to sleep, looks like they added a mattress pad to try and fix the situation which didn't work at all. The breakfast was adequate for the stay. I came across a very cool hidden gem which was the viewing area on the 4th floor that was not mentioned when we checked in. That would have been awesome information for someone at the front desk to mention to new people who are staying. Great access to the beach and the view is incredible. We might stay again but if the beds are not changed and comfortable that would be a deal breaker.

Arrived to the room and desk lamp would not work due to no bulb and not plugged in. Fireplace was covered with dust and screen was torn and damaged. Sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and balcony screen was nearly rusted thru. The tv remote was so worn out the remote had holed thru the button surface and the outside windows were filthy and gross. Photos to document issues available.
