I would like to start this review stating that I've gad the pleasure of traveling a lot both with my work and my private life.
Cabbin in Copenhagen was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
I've stayed a cabin in Esbjerg and Odense as well as a once before in Copenhagen (the other location) always I've felt that Cabbin provided a good value for money and I've always been met wktv lovely employees, so by no means is the review a reflection of the chain as a whole.
This visit however was far below anything else..
We started by checking in a tad late ready for a shower and bed. Unfortunately for us the room was dirty the showerhead had black mold so obviously my girlfriend did not want to shower in that. I figured i could clean it and just talk with the receptionist in the morning.
After talking with some personal, we quickly found out that would be of little use. We were however invited to pay the 35 kroner to get a replacement towl for the one we used to scrub the mold off the showerhead (note the team did not agree it could be mold, but called it "water stains"
After we left the hotel, we wanted to get in touch with their reception which apparently is impossible to do via phone, on three different times we called and waited on the phone in 14,16 and 20 minutes everytimes it was the same thing, it said you are now number one in line, and a min later an employee would pick up and say please hold. Then we never got through. That sums it up.
