Good location and economical

We were upgraded to a bigger room which had an upper bunk as well as a double bed, even so room was very small. Bathroom was tiny and the shortest shower flooded the bathroom and water spilled into the bedroom. The room was clean and adequate for our purposes. It was in a good location, close to the train station. It was reasonably economical by Copenhagen standards, but I was relieved about the upgrade, we stayed for 5 nights so a smaller room would have been awful.

Small room which was absolutely fine. Check in was an absolute nightmare unless you used the self service which I did and was very quick. On my bed sheet was 2 small brown stains in the top left corner. Everything else was relatively clean. Breakfast was good and had a variety of drinks with a smaller options of food. Thin walls so lots can be heard at night especially if your near the elevators or stairs .

Great price but kind of a strange property and location. People tend to use the bottom floor as a meeting space, so it was always incredibly crowded. My room was comically small but clean and comfortable, great for solo budget travel.

I can not imagine such a tiny room with two small beds and terrible mattress cost cad $160.94 per day. No airconditioning, the ventilation system doesn't work, no teeth brush and paste supplied in the bathroom. In one word, very bad experience 😱

If I could rate it as 0 stars I would!! No customer service skills at all in this place. Not sure if it’s a danish lack? Our room never got cleaned at all the 2 nights I was there, fire alarm test going off at 2am. Breakfast was horrible! Very limited choice. Toilets all dirty and disgusting! No phones in the rooms, corridors smell of sweat! Would never be staying here again! Ruined out trip, we travelled due to a wedding, some of us stayed here and some across the road at Tivoli. I would 100% recommend you pay the little extra and stay at tivoli you will have a much better experience. I wasn’t even a guest at tivoli but they still acknowledged us. At CABINN feels more like a youth centre. Never again!

The bed was not the best and the room quite small. The shower / toilet combo is ok but not comfortable. Carpets were tired in room. The mattress topper was pretty basic and the bed not the best for access as pushed against the wall. The reception operated a ticket system but was very busy and took around 40minutes to check in when we arrived at around 2330. Location was a good for access to the station and the centre. ikea behind too which works for a cheap lunch or supper.

Budget friendly, but awful

I would like to start this review stating that I've gad the pleasure of traveling a lot both with my work and my private life. Cabbin in Copenhagen was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've stayed a cabin in Esbjerg and Odense as well as a once before in Copenhagen (the other location) always I've felt that Cabbin provided a good value for money and I've always been met wktv lovely employees, so by no means is the review a reflection of the chain as a whole. This visit however was far below anything else.. We started by checking in a tad late ready for a shower and bed. Unfortunately for us the room was dirty the showerhead had black mold so obviously my girlfriend did not want to shower in that. I figured i could clean it and just talk with the receptionist in the morning. After talking with some personal, we quickly found out that would be of little use. We were however invited to pay the 35 kroner to get a replacement towl for the one we used to scrub the mold off the showerhead (note the team did not agree it could be mold, but called it "water stains" After we left the hotel, we wanted to get in touch with their reception which apparently is impossible to do via phone, on three different times we called and waited on the phone in 14,16 and 20 minutes everytimes it was the same thing, it said you are now number one in line, and a min later an employee would pick up and say please hold. Then we never got through. That sums it up.

The constant slamming of doors in the corridor Made it hard to sleep. So noisy. Had to use ear plugs. The check in was chaotic and crowded. Staff seemed over worked and altho doing their best they were a bit short with the guests. Asked some questions but they did not have time to answer us.
