The location is very convenient (very close to central station / Tivoli gardens). As others have mentioned the room are small. There are constructions happening around the hotel at the moment so can be noisy.

The property location is great and has the necessary transport links within a 5 minute walk. The room itself is very small but has everything you need for sleeping and showering. However, the room did not have air conditioning and if the window is left open then you can hear the trains running throughout the night. The bathroom had a rodent smell like a hamsters cage. It did the job but I will not be retuning. Thanks

Overall a good experience

Hotel is well located, friendly staff however there was a fire alarm before midnight and we had to evacuate, sadly there was no communication from the staff members to guests, if we can go back to our rooms, no explanation or apology. Besides that my stay was ok.

This is a cross between a hotel and urban hostel, budget (relative to everything else in Copenhagen) rooms we found to be clean and functional. Basic rooms so bring ear plugs and hair dryer. Bed clean and comfortable. Good location can walk into town either by the road or river. Check in a bit chaotic so be patient though you can check in by machine if you have your booking reference and passport handy. Staff were very helpful, stayed 4 nights and were happy with everything.

Very basic with slow reception as ticketing process to see someone. Rooms were hot but got a fan from reception. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days so had to collect towels and coffee from reception, after queuing, each day. Had a bug pile of dirty towels on the floor of the room when I left. Otherwise OK.

I payed for a clean room, did not get one

The pillow was smelling so bad. When I asked the lady at the front desk for another one she said they do not give extra pillows. She searched for a new one, could not find it, then she told me: "Sorry, there's nothing I could do". The toilet seat had this big dirty spot on it. The entire room smelled unpleasant.

You get what you pay for. It’s close to the central station and a shopping mall. Although the room is small, you have all that you need for a short stay, a small bed, a bathroom, microwave and fridge. I would not recommend for taller, heavier (for the lack of the right word) people. I’m a small and short, so it’s not a problem for me.

Convenient and easy stay

Easy check in and out, staff was responsive when needed (extra shampoo and instant coffee), room was clean and as expected. Nothing fancy but a great and convenient home base if you’ll be out doing things most of the day
