All fine, only dealing that I had with any staff was when I bought a beer one night. I was given a can of beer, which is fine, but when I asked for a glass I was told that they don't normally give a glass for beers. I said that I would like one and was rather reluctantly given one. If I wanted to drink out of a can I would have gone down the road to a supermarket and bought one for a third of the price ! He did also say that I wasn't to take the glass to my room. Wasn't impressed with the attitude really, quite surprising for Copenhagen.

The property was right next to the train tracks, about 20 20-minute walk to the station. The reception area was huge, but you had to take a number to talk to anyone, even if just to buy a bottle of water. I went to the other Cabinn at first by accident, and they tried to help me recheck to theirs, but no one picked up the phone at this Cabinn. Absolutely no availability to check in earlier, and if you came earlier, anything over 1 hour, you had to check in your own baggage for a 6-hour fee in the self-serve lockers. The room was basic with no separate shower, mine had no waste basket, and the remote was not working. I would never go back to that Cabinn

This was a perfect hotel for a city break. It has everything you need - a comfy bed, bathroom facilities and great options for breakfast. The only negative was that there was no air conditioning, the dial on the wall did not work in either of the two rooms we booked, so it became very warm at night. We left the window open at night to have some cooler air, but the train tracks are right outside of the hotel so the train noises woke us up at 4am.

Just stay away from this place, it’s basically a hostel, staff are useless the rooms are tiny and dirty! Just avoid.

The hotel was of mid-standard but clean, and had a convenient location for the expensive prices in Copenhagen. The area was safe and quiet. I have not spent much time at the hotel apart from the night and breakfast. The breakfast time opening on weekends is starting very late for customers who want to depart early, so you should consider skipping breakfast if you have an early flight.

I like the breakfast buffet, easy to do and good selection of foods. Convenient location, close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. Able to rent a bike from the hotel for easy travel round the city. Did not overly enjoy the bed, the bed sheet kept slipping off during the night. Bed sheet needs to be bigger so it doesn’t slip out at the slightest of movement.

The location is very convenient (very close to central station / Tivoli gardens). As others have mentioned the room are small. There are constructions happening around the hotel at the moment so can be noisy.

The property location is great and has the necessary transport links within a 5 minute walk. The room itself is very small but has everything you need for sleeping and showering. However, the room did not have air conditioning and if the window is left open then you can hear the trains running throughout the night. The bathroom had a rodent smell like a hamsters cage. It did the job but I will not be retuning. Thanks
