Rooms are cleaned after 4 days so very dirty. Same goes for hallways that are filled with litter. Busy highway outside the hotel with traffic 25/7. No Toiletries in the rooms, had to buy our own. Sinks clogged and shower curtain moldy. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was fine for few days. Short walk to Tivoli and a shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants in opposite direction. Check out time a bit early but there are storage lockers for your luggage. Only criticism is that my room was very hot and although I could open my window, traffic noise was issue with window open. Maybe not a problem if you go outside of August. Overall I’d recommend the hotel.

No airconditioning. Very smal room with even more small bathroom. All inner rooms have no view. In general the air refreshment in the building was not sufficient. Smelly and damp and stale air in all common areas, espacially the hallways.

A budget hotel without the budget price
The check in process took forever with there not being nearly enough staff to be able to handle the numbers... after travelling all day we needed something far more efficient. And to be honest... the quality doesnt come even close to matching the price they charged. The room, though clean, was super basic and the mattress toppers kept sliding off the mattresses.

Great staff, very small rooms - but as expected.
Rooms are very very small - but that is well known and understood before your go. Fine for one, interesting for two, and very challenging for those with one child or more. Breakfast was great. So were all the staff in the Dining and Reception areas.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Close proximity to train station, Tivoli Gardens, and Waterfront. Hot rooms, with no air conditioning- Fans avaiable from reception. Clean towels and linen. Basic toiletries. Carpet in room tired- could do with refresh/replacement.

The property was okay for the money but felt more like a hostel than a hotel, even though there was a bathroom in the room. We were given limited towels and toiletries. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days so our trash was filling up. It’s also very stuffy in the room even with the window open. Beds are European- they look makeshift and are smaller than a standard twin so if you are on the bigger side, take that into consideration. Shower has a curtain but floods the bathroom. All in all- average stay. The tagline is basically “good enough.”
