The hotel was convenient to the airport which was perfect as we flew in 9.30pm and flew out 9 am. You don't have to go outside to access it which is good in bad weather. The staff were under pressure due to people trying to book in after cancelled flights, but they were still polite and helpful. The room was simple but had everything we needed.

The Denmark airport Comfort hotel is the worst hotel I had ever stayed. Dirty, bathrooms, bedding and etc. It was $288 per night.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Comfort Hotel which was in walking distance from the airport (maybe 2 min walk) so very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also, breakfast was great.

I did not like that I was charged an extra $20 to check in 1 1/2 hours early even though the room was ready and there was plenty of staff at the front desk. I see no point in the extra charge since the room was ready. Just another way to stick it to the customer.

No enough lights and dark room, no safebox, nowhere to hang clothes. no tissue papers, no working hair dryer. No phone to call front desk. Only good thing is that the hotel is close to the airport.

A very basic but expensive hotel. The fact that you are told after you had booked that they start cleaning after 4 night and there is no kettle - unless you upgrade and pay extra either is bad. I travel a lot an that is a first time it happed to me.

This hotel was clean and walkable from the airport. The room was small, with tight walking space around the beds. It was fine for an overnight.
