Overall the stay was good. Location was great. Close to everything. The only problem we had was the tub/shower was always flooding after we take a shower/bath. One of my daughters actually slipped because of it. Please fix the leak for the safety of the guests. Also, the faucet was sooooo hard/tight to turn on. Please fix that as well.

Hotel is in terrific location! The rooms are shoebox sized. We chose a balcony which was tiny as well but just large enough for 2 to sit. The staff were informative and very friendly.

The property is located just around the corner from a popular tourist spot, Nyhavn, so it is convenient to tick off one fo the main Copenhagen sights from your list. You can get canal boat tours from here and there are lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. We were able to walk to pretty much all the other main sights and attractions in Copenhagen from here, The Little Mermaid, Tivoli Gardens, Rosenborg Castle, Christiania, The Round Tower, Radhaus etc., the only place we used public transport to get to was the Carlsberg Brewery tour. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped me with some mobile phone problems! There is a good breakfast selection and the rooms are clean and modern. There were some fireworks going off late one night, I don't know what that was about, but I guess we were there when something special was going on. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very well situated near the harbour and the staff are lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The rooms are quite small and perhaps a little outdated. They could certainly use more closet space! On the whole, though, this is a nice, convenient place to stay in the heart of Copenhagen.

Location to the city centre was great. The hotel faces one of the canals in a nice quiet area. About a 10 minute walk to the Christianshavn neighbourhood with lots of restaurants.
