The room I stayed in was directly next to the elevator, so it kept me awake all night. Then I moved to a new room that was quieter, which was nice of them, but it had a terrible mold scent and I woke up with asthma.

All the staff we had dealings with were very friendly and helpful. Tea n coffee n fruit available in the lobby 24hr. Rooms were lovely and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Shower had good output, with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of breads, cheese, meats, cereals, yoghurts, salad stuff, fresh n dried fruit. Drinks: tea, coffee, juices, water Hot food available: eggs scrambled or boiled, beans and sausages. We had an excellent stay.

Right next to train station so there was a lot of trash, noise from trains that seem to run below our room, and traffic noise. Good European breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel sits right beside central station, Tivoli gardens and 5 mins from the main shopping street of Strøget so perfect location. Staff are multi lingual which is great for all visitors. Hotel itself is very dated which adds character and it has a story behind it. I stay here because of convenience and the great breakfast which fillls me up all day. Danish workers start early so there were roadworks outside the hotel from about 7.30am and the noise in the centre of the city goes on all night, the hotel provides earplugs if this is an issue. The locker room for luggage storage is a big bonus for early visitors or laye leavers.

Great time in Copenhagen

Kepler at the front desk was great. Super helpful. The hotel is old, originally for train conductors. It has been modernized, yet keeps some of the old charm. Literally steps from the front of the train station and Tivoli Gardens and city hall. Close to lots of sights. Copenhagen is a very walkable city. A couple things that aren’t dealbreakers: no English channels on the tv (although I did watch two NFL games broadcast in German) and the shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor, so the bathroom floor gets sopped with each shower. There is a little noise, more like a rumble, from the train station. My room was very adequate, yet European “sized “ (small)

This hotel is literally outside the Central Train Station and well-located for walking to or taking public transport to sights of interest. There are also many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but not uncomfortably so. The hotel itself is older but has been updated so as to provide modern necessities. Still, there are some quirky aspects to the hotel. The breakfast is ample and provides a good start to the day. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Copenhagen.

The attraction was the closeness to the train station. staff were great and very helpful. room was bare bones. No coffee or in room amenities. Nothing but the essentials with old 'charm'. Light bulb needed replacing. Water was hot and we were only there for one night.

Amazing art deco hotel modelled on a luxury train carriage. Every detail fantastic. Also great location by central rail station and easy walking to centre of Copenhagen. Staff very cool, bar and breakfast great. A real experience.

Very conveniently situated. We got the Copenhagen card with the hop-on-hop-off bus but that was an overkill. You cannot see more than 2-3 attractions in a day. Better to walk in town and get a city pass for longer journeys ( e.g. Frederiksberg gardens and Reffen.

Location hard to beat

Renovated historic railroad hotel right next to main train terminal. Excellent location. Basic small rooms with no amenities. Very good breakfast buffet.

The Hotel is right next to the train station which makes it very convenient. The staff are very nice too. However, the towels smells like it just come from an old cabinets that has never been open for years. I don't know if that's the smell of the detergent but it sticks to the body. The hotel also doesn't have an AC which is a little inconvenient .
