Suffocating, no fresh air
Bizarrely there were no windows in the room that opened to the outdoors, just to an enclosed noisy restaurant courtyard. The bedroom was so hot with no fresh air. There was a fan in the room but then it felt like sleeping at a hot airport. A shame because the room was lovely, staff very friendly and beautiful hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a great hotel, well located with an excellent restaurant. We only stayed for a few days but enjoyed it very much. One small problem that the staff dealt with as best they could was the temperature of the family room we had, 25°C plus and no external windows and no A/C. Way too hot to sleep in and especially for a small child. The staff organised an extra room with external windows so the room could be cooled to a sensible sleeping temperature.

Love this hotel and the restaurant Donna that is attached to it! The room was just fine and the windows opened for fresh air! The bathroom was great and the bed very comfortable! The staff were so nice and accommodating! The breakfast buffet was small but delicious! And the evening restaurant Donna was all the buzz! Very trendy scene with a cool hip crowd every night of the week …. I think it had just opened when I stayed there but it was really fun!

Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning
Warning: there is no a/c in the hotel. There are big windows you can open but the bathroom can get steamy quick. Other than that the location is excellent, staff is really nice, restaurants were great, lovely hotel and the bed is really comfortable. I couldn’t get the tv to work but didn’t need it.

Very loud! No AC so you have to deal with lots of noise if it’s hot in Copenhagen. And it can be. Restaurant closes at 3 and then you have no food or room service available. Single rooms are tiny and dark. Good bikes and pretty lobby. It was not bad but for these prices it should have been much better.

A great 3 night stay!
A lovely boutique hotel. Beautifully designed! Room was lovely however a little on the small side. The bathroom was tiny.. we managed ok for a 3 night stay but it was getting a little annoying. Italian restaurant is incredible, highly recommended visiting! We had to hand our room key in each time we left the hotel and collect it again when returning.. we weren’t a big fan of this and found that we could have asked for any keys and they would have given them to us without checking our room number/if we were even staying at the hotel! However overall, it was a perfect location and hotel for a 3 night stay in Copenhagen. Would visit again!
