Pros and cons to staying here. Pros: - Staff were helpful and friendly - Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Including Netto and 7/11 - Nice coffee - They have an iron and ironing downstairs that they bring up to your room if needed - Dont worry about the language if travelling from England. All the staff spoke perfect English - They have a room where you can store your luggage Cons: - No TV in the room - Only one choice of a breakfast plate and the eating area is very small and gets crowded - Can only get your room cleaned if you pay for it but they will provide you with extra towels/toilet roll at reception - Beds were comfy, pillows not so great - Not very disabled friendly. Only one person can use the lift at a time which is not ideal.

The location is great and really was the best thing about the hotel. It is close to a metro line and all the main things to do in Copenhagen. The staff were also very nice. The room itself was very basic, a bed and the bathroom. I knew there was no TV but there wasn’t much else. I didn’t find the bed very comfy, it was just a thin mattress. The water pressure for the shower was also not great. I also noticed that none of the bathroom amenities had been topped up so there was no handwash. The hotel is ideal if you are just using it as a base for a couple of days but for me that would be about it.

Rooms were very clean, the hotel staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was pleasantly decorated with black and white photos of famous stars ( we had Marilyn Monroe and Roger Moore in our room!)

Amazing hotel! The location was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and comfortable, lovely decoration throughout the hotel and smells really nice. I would definitely recommend it to friends & family.

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only criticism is that the walls in room are thin, easily hear other guests voices. Overall I would recommend, excellent value for money.

Amazing location- really close to a metro station in one direction and Nyhavn in the other. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was really good value, but be aware that there is no kettle in the room, no TV, and daily housekeeping costs extra. Lots of hot water but the shower water pressure was disappointing. I didn’t try the breakfast as there were cheaper options nearby.

Reception staff were so friendly, the hotel smells amazing! Beautiful entrance lit up with candles and pumpkins. Great location close to the metro line and various tourist attractions. Room fairly standard but had everything we needed. Would highly recommend
