Pro:Property was very close to Nyhavn, less than 5 minute walk Cons:We were in a room close to the elevator and you could hear it whenever it was being used. We could also hear noises from the hallway, from the road , so our sleep was frequently interrupted. Beds were not comfortable

It was simply but clean. The shower curtain was smelly/musty and the elevator shut off nightly earlier than I would have liked but otherwise it was a good stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff was incredible and accommodating and the location was unbeatable. The room was small, but absolutely everything needed for a 1-2 people for a 3 night stay. They have free fresh fruit in the morning and bikes to rent for only 20 dkk for 24 hours. Highly highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again if I come back to copenhagen

Room very basic, no TV, no kettle, no fridge. Lift doesn’t work 24/7 so if you have suitcases it’s not easy to carry them on the stairs. The positive is that staff was friendly. We wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Location , location, location! Excellent to explore Copenhagen almost everything is walking distance we just took the metro because it was included with our Copenhagen Card . Nice affordable hotel absolutely recommended.

Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in the center of Copenhagen. The friendly staff let me check in earlier, and the reasonably priced breakfast was excellent. The room was simple but quite spacious, clean, and functional. It’s very close to major attractions. I would stay here again.

The particular room I choose was inexpensive for a hotel in Stockholm. It was quite small, no bigger than a small bedroom. The mattress was thin but comfortable. It was clean enough, except it was difficult to avoid the shower curtain the tiny shower in the teensy bathroom. No TV, no fridge, no in room amenities such as coffee. Just a basic room, no frills.

the staff was nice and very helpful, I had lost my passport and they helped me to print out paperwork I needed to bring to the embassy. housekeeping was also very kind. the room themselves are minimalistic, so they’re fine if you just need a place to stay at that has a central location with just basic amenities. the rooms can be a little stuffy since there is no a/c or ventilation in the bathroom, but you’re able to open up the window in the bedroom, at least for the interior rooms which is a plus. the only thing that I wish they had was a mini fridge since the rooms do get fairly warm, but otherwise, it’s worth it for the price.

The hotel overall is ok. Looks nice form the outside, very central location, friendly staff. Rooms have a decent size for Copenhagen. Unfortunately it was difficult to get an undisturbed night (without earplugs), as the room was very poorly sound insulated and you could here people inside adjacent rooms and on hallway (despite being the last room in the corridor) plus lots of noise from outside. Overall room was tidy, but the bathroom (especially the shower) was in desperate need of a deep clean and scrub. The grouting was all discoloured and mouldy, so was the shower curtain.
