Amazing location- really close to a metro station in one direction and Nyhavn in the other. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was really good value, but be aware that there is no kettle in the room, no TV, and daily housekeeping costs extra. Lots of hot water but the shower water pressure was disappointing. I didn’t try the breakfast as there were cheaper options nearby.

Great location and quite stylishly updated for the price, Excellent duvet. Quiet. Lovely staff. Very few extras. Just two paper cups. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in pump containers. That’s it.

Reception staff were so friendly, the hotel smells amazing! Beautiful entrance lit up with candles and pumpkins. Great location close to the metro line and various tourist attractions. Room fairly standard but had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

The room was warm and quiet. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is perfect to be near midtown. What I suggest is to put in big letters and in a very visible way that the check in ends at midnight and that its absolutely necesary to contact the hotel if you are arriving after that time.
