It's a new, modern hotel, close to the waterfront. However, the nearest metro and main station are about a 10-15 minute walk away. For better convenience, we rented bicycles, which are available for DKK 175 per bike and day from the reception.
The room was relatively small. The blinds were remotely controlled and opened early in the morning. Since the drapes were too short to hold out the light, sleeping in was almost impossible.
You pay extra for the swimming pool and sauna (DKK 295 per person for 2 hours) and need to book in advance. We would have expected the wellness area to be included for an average room price of USD 320 per night. You also have to book cleaning over a QR code (it's included in the room price).
Staff were mostly friendly and did their job, but weren't very attentive.
We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but the buffet was crowded and hectic when we passed by it in the mornings. I don't think we would have enjoyed eating breakfast here.
All in all a good experience, but price value and service didn't quite match expectations.
