Nice hotel but prob won’t stay again. Room is small with nothing provided only towels. Room cleaning and breakfast required QR code advance booking which is troublesome. Breakfast is decent with a lot of variety. It is just so many people you need to flight for a table. Only one expresso machine so very long line for a cup. No much around the hotel without walking over 15 mins. Didn’t get the room I ordered when check in, so need to go back to reception and assign another room. Self service paid luggage storage lockers are very limited.

For the expensive price of our stay we had several inconveniences that I’ve never experienced before and they were incredibly frustrating. Yes, the hotel is beautiful, well kept, and clean. The continental breakfast is well stocked and decent quality. However, the lighting system in our room had a full page instruction manual that the 4 of us couldn’t make sense of. Light switches didn’t work unless pressed over a dozen times and sometimes we just gave up. So we couldn’t get lights that we needed on and off. Such a simple thing, I don’t know why it had to be complicated. The worst part is that there is NO air conditioning, contrary to what is advertised. The thermostat, again, did not turn on unless you jiggled and held the button multiple times, and when we did set it to another temperature, nothing happened. Our room was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and we spent the first night sweating to death. On the second day, we were told by staff that the building does not have AC and instead has an internal fan system that works based off of the setting that maintenance has it on. They could not send staff to look at the system in our room that day, so we spent another night being hot. They did send one fan to our room, but there were 4 of us and it didn’t do much. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Beautiful building, very uncomfortable experience.

Unhelpful reception staff, ridiculously charge for luggage storage if you arrive pre check in time. Nice room and decent breakfast. Ridiculous high charge for use of pool.

Totally understaffed and existing personnel not trained specially in the food and beverage department Breakfast is a disaster though they try to manage flow with an app it s a chaos,you don’t find a table ,reserving slot via app is only a joke You have to que for hot beverage( coffee etc) 10 to 15 min Family room is just a double room packed with sofa bed No value for money at all Cleaning app for room cleanliness same as for service In general avoid this hotel

It’s quiet and in a great location. It is a family hotel, they have cute activities for the children to do at breakfast. I would stay here again. Copenhagen itself is a very walkable city and this is in a good location to walk to the main train station or into different parts of the city. The rooms are small but that’s expected for typical European hotels so no problem there, it had everything needed.

All together we have booked 4 rooms. Only one had the smallest fridge EVER ( i mean you could only fit could of bottles of waters flat) .3 of 4 rooms , no closet at all and only a few hangers in the wall. No toiletries in any or the rooms. Restaurant and the bar would close around 10 pm. I was there fir an Ironman race and i asked them for a small breakfast come race morning as I had to leave at 5 am . I asked them ( practically begged them ) for couple of eggs in the box and each time I was told NO .. they DO NOT offer eggs as part of the early morning box. Come race morning, i saw they have set a nice breakfast table for “Air Crew” with a basket of eggs on the table . When I confronted the staff , they said sorry , this is only for air line !! Like you couldn’t give me 2 freaking eggs despite all my ease from days before. And sunce there was no fridge in the room , i couldn’t even buy ine from outside and keep it in the fridge. One room was missing coffee/ tea set up. Upon initial entry ti the room , our room was missing towels. No room service unless you scan a QR code and book it. All in all : clean and nice hotel but extremely poor guest service. Wont be staying there at lll next time

Disappointing
First the good: the location is excellent. Not far from the central train station and along the waterfront. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The bathroom was nice and the shower products smelled great. The bad: the light system was too complicated to work and it drove us nuts, the "black out shades" didn't actually go all the way across the windows so light hit you in the face, the room was super hot and when my husband asked at the front desk, they told him it was a central system (i.e. you don't have control over the temperature). Worst of all was sound-proofing. Screaming and running children late into the night above our room and in the hallways made sleep impossible. Finally, the room was ridiculously small. We had a standard king and we couldn't both open our suitcases. The room was hot, loud, small, and not what we wanted or needed for the start of our vacation. I know it wasn't a five star hotel, but it was shockingly shabby.

Comfortable room, convenient location
Hotel was fabulous, it was 10 mins walk from Tivoli Gardens. Hop-on Hop-off bus stop is right opposite the hotel too. Rooms were comfy. But you have to book for cleaning everyday. Plenty of options for breakfast.

Lovely modern hotel, great location. Comfortable bed and great rooftop bar. Perfect for exploring all Copenhagen has to offer. Quite close to Tivoli Gardens.
