We got there earlier than the check in time, and we have to pay extra money for early check in. During our two weeks travel period, this is the only hotel who charged us this fee. And the room is super small, and there's no kettle, no tissue box, no shampoo and conditioner.

Recommend

Rooms are on the smaller side, but clean. 24/7 assist in the lobby- Staff very friendly and helpful!! Hotel is around the corner from the canal and dock where everybody jumps in a swims which was our highlight from the trip. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor where you can sit outside on the terrace. Snacks sold in the lobby. Close to everything- and they rent out bicycles at the hotel which was great. WiFi was not working well for us. Will recommend!

While the property has a modern feel, my room was clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. My room was over the front entrance which made it uncomfortable to relax with all the people going in and out especially in the evening. If you want your room cleaned during your stay you have to ask and pay for it in advance.

Wonderful hotel. Took us 8 minutes to walk from central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had air conditioning which was welcomed on one of the hottest days! Greater right away by staff. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay in Copenhagen

Very small room. Shower uncomfortably small. Queen bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet, never heard noise in halls. Great location to train station and easy to walk to all the city centre sites. Flight arrived at 7am and I got to the hotel at 8:30 but check in is not until 3pm. There are lockers for a fee so you can leave your bags and go explore. I paid 50 dkk (around $12) for a small locker for 4 hours. It held my carry-on bag and had room for more. There is a fee of 250 danish kroner for an early check-in, but that wasn’t even an option that day because they had no rooms available. Breakfast can be added on for 95 dkk which is about $20 CAN and is located on the 10th floor. The lobby has a small café to purchase snacks and beverages and the prices are reasonable.

Okay for the price

The location was convenient and the hotel was fine for the price. A big improvement would be blackout curtains. The rooms are very bright. Our room was not super clean. There was a lot of grime in corners, grout, etc. Do not pay separately for breakfast at the hotel! It’s a continental cold style breakfast and the coffee was awful. The view from the breakfast room is great and it would be worth it if included with your room.

For the cost, this hotel was spacious and had a great location. Very close to a walk or bike ride along the harbor, 10min from the train station and entrance to Tivoli. The rooftop breakfast was worth the $11 for the views and selections on the buffet. The family room is actually 2 adjoining rooms with full sized beds. We got 3 family rooms for 8 people and had lots of space. My only criticism is there is a charge to store luggage. I thought that was pretty tacky. Karoline, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with our crazy group.

Public areas of the hotel are nice and spacious but the rooms are very small though well appointed. The double bed is next to a wall which means one person has to climb over the other. Fine for a couple of nights but no longer.
