We had a very nice stay with one noteworthy exception: our room fridge did not work (and smelled) and despite repeated requests for it to be repaired or replaced with another unit, the staff failed to do so and did not offer a discount at checkout in compensation for their oversight.

Nice base to explore Copenhagen

Basic but clean room, very functional which is reflective of the price. Fine for a base to explore the city but don’t expect much beyond that. The room was very sparse & compact but fine. Location was perfect, 5min walk from Nyhavn & plenty of restaurants/cafes etc in the immediate vicinity. The area felt safe during the day but a little dicey at night. Wouldn’t recommend for a family but good for a solo traveller or couple just needing somewhere to sleep whilst visiting Copenhagen. My only real complaint was a relative high cost for luggage lockers, whereas most hotels offered this free of charge.

Very simple bare bones hotel and room with no gym or fancy facilities but quite clean. Extra sheets, towels and bedding pre provided but other than that very very small rooms. The location however is 20/10. Couldn’t be more central and better connected.

Decent location for the metro and to get into the main areas of the city. Rooms are 'cosy' and are basic, single duvet, single pillow, and a single towel. Main Hotel area is clean, but they do not clean the room or change your towels! Ironing room is in the basement and is a communal space. Felt like a room in a posh hostel but it works and i would stay again on a short trip.
