Walkable to everything you want to see in Copenhagen. The location was centrally located. Easy check-in and out. The set temperature in the lounge during winter was way too hot for my liking.

When first arrive got my room at the front desk. Went to the room just early for in it with my daughter and our luggage., so went back to the front desk and ask the kid that checked me in if I could more to a larger room? His response was all the rooms are the same size. I couldn't have a maid come in and clean because there was no where to walk that's how tiny it was and walked by rooms that were getting cleaned by the maids and saw that there were larger rooms?????? Wee were climbing over everything. The only good thing was it was in a good location to get around.
