Great location for skiing at Copper. Parking was really really tight to the point of being afraid of damaging car getting in and out of spot. Also didn’t seem to have enough parking spots for complex.

Excellent location. Walk out next to Eagle BBQ and you’re in the base area. Studio is a little dated. Some furniture is broken. Kitchen is equipped with “garage sale” items. Looks all original equipment - so dated. But you don’t come here for the accommodation - you come here for the location Ski or ride all day and get off the snow just steps away from the entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Excelente location to lifts
The unit was comfortable — good mattresses for sleeping; quiet at night; well equipped kitchen and great access to the villages and lifts. The unit does need upgrading. The heat never rose above 62 degrees even after maintenance checked the thermostat. The laundry room floods nonstop and one of the dryers will not accept coins for operation.

enjoyed the location ski in and Ski out.
When checking in at 4pm. Parking seemed to be over crowed. I'm sure some vehicles were not from the building. Window parking passes may have been helpful in our check in Envelop. Called the building manager about the parking situation. Our parking pass was missing. We had to go back to the office to pick up parking pass. They were very apologetic about the parking situation. I felt some locals were taking advantage of the covered parking at the building especially on Saturday. They were cooking breakfast in front of their car.

Nice location but needs improvement
The location of this property is great. However, the parking is terrible (SUPER tight spots that are always full), the elevator was out of order for half our stay, our unit wouldn’t get any warmer than 62 degrees, and the kitchen cabinet drawers are lethal!!
So parking is terrible, we drive a large SUV and couldn’t even fit into the tight spots!
There is no luggage cart to haul up all your ski gear. The apartment was super COLD. When I called at 6:30 am I was told they’d have someone there within 30 minutes…. 7 hours later someone came to fix it. My husband had to eat breakfast in a hat and ski coat! It was ridiculous! The stairs were super fun to navigate in ski boots when the elevator was out of commission!
Finally the kitchen cabinets do not have anything to prevent them from being pulled out completely! It’s very easy to pull the drawer completely out tumbling all the silverware and knifes onto your feet! Super fun, if you find that your toes are nearly for show!!
This building needs some serious upgrades and the unit itself needs improvement!

Super convenient
We had plenty of space and all amenities needed. Nice king bed; great location - fun to watch the groomers drive by outside our balcony in the evenings. The carpet could use deep cleaning or replacing. Garage parking is convenient but spaces are VERY small. The heat never seemed to get above 65 even though we kept turning up the thermostat. There is a space heater (I think) in the closet, but didn't use it. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location
This was a perfect location for our long weekend music festival getaway. Although a little dated, the property was very clean. Our only issue was that water started leaking into the bathroom from an above unit on our last night. The response from management was fairly quick, even if there wasn’t much they could do about it at the time.

Needs work & updates
We loved the amenities of Iron Horse, especially the pool, and the location, but the condo was very much lacking. Master bedroom bed was so uncomfortable that after 2 nights we started sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room. It was much better but we made it work but sleeping the opposite direction as how the bed had been made. The couch we even more uncomfortable!!! It definitely needs to find a new home at the dump. The longer we were there the more broken things we found. Doesn’t seem to have had any TLC in years. We knew the bathrooms were dated from the pictures but sure hadn’t counted on the broken down furniture, top dishwasher rack, dining table chair, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, closet doors, trim work falling off, and so much more. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this condo unless repairs and upgrades are made. It holds so much potential, hopefully the owners will fix it up soon.

Ideal Vacation for Us
My husband and I love to ski at Copper Mountain and look forward to vacationing there every year. We really enjoyed our VRBO condo where we stayed in late February/early March 2022. The condo was comfortable, clean, and functional. The location was ideal: close to the Center Village ski lifts and restaurants. The parking is free although the lot and parking spaces are small. Therefore, we were glad we could park our car in the underground lot and walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
Communication with Copper Vacations and the VRBO owner couldn't have been better. I called Copper Vacations before and during our stay to clarify check in, checkout procedures and parking. They were very friendly and helpful, We texted the VRBO owner on the first morning because the cord had been shoved inside the coffee maker. He texted us right back saying that he would get a new coffee pot to us and we received it that morning.
Overall, we were very happy with the condo and hope to stay there again.
