Poor Maintenance. Toilet seat was leaking and the rest room floor was flooding from day 1. after multiple follow ups We need to leave the hotel as the hotel management told they don't have anyone to fix it. We did not complete our stay in this hotel. booked for 2 days. left after 1 night

We checked in late, about an hour after the kids tucked in for bed a fire alarm started going off and on for 20 minutes. No staff came and said anything. Then in the morning when I asked about breakfast, the fellow at the counter looked confused and simply stated no. Would have been better sleeping in my car.

Was the most expensive hotel we stayed in all week - and we were in Victoria and Campbell river previously. The room smelled like smoke, the comforter was ripped and very worn. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter, sink and floor. The ceilings had painted over old light fixtures?” that were peeling. It was pretty laughable. Would NOT stay here again.

Not a bad location and front desk staff were efficient. The room itself was very underwhelming, particularly at almost $300/night - the floors were dirty, bathroom floors even more so, garbage left in bathroom from a previous client, and smelled musty. Would benefit from a thorough top to bottom cleaning & airing out, and updated curtains and bedding.
