We stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival at 22:04 hours there was no one from the reception. The only way to check in was via a machine where I entered a code that was provided before and after that I had to pay. As I already paid via my creditcard when I booked the hotel, I paid twice. Next day I told the lady from the reception and she told she will refund the payment of my creditcard. Now 5 days have past and no refund yet ..
Also, when we entered the room the water of the toilet kept running and there was no way to stop it. Via a telecom downstairs I called for support. After that somone from the hotel came and checked. As he could not fix it he arranged another room for us.
The next day, at midnight the room was very hot. This was caused by the airco that was malfunction and also leaked water inside. I turned off the airco but the leaking sound of water drops kept going on. Went downstais to get support via telecom. The guy from support told me that someone will come in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes still no one showed up, called the guy again, after 10 minutes still no one showed up. Called again, now I told him the situation can be dangerous of the leaking water. Eventually someone showed up, he checked the airco but could not help and told us this only can be done during daytime. He told us that the hotel was fully booked and so there was no room to switch.
