It is a modern, luxurious building with all the comforts (wifi, air conditioning, heating, double glazing, hydromassage ...). All exterior with incredible views of the best and most modern avenue of Córdoba (northern road). It has 165 meters with a fantastic living-dining room and a large island kitchen with a large terrace where you can enjoy views of the Sierra de Córdoba. Furnished this year. Modern, careful and exclusive decoration that you will surely love.
You will be in one of the best buildings in the city. The apartment is all exterior with extraordinary luminosity and beautiful views of the best and most modern central avenue of Córdoba. We have taken care of the decoration and looked for each piece of furniture exclusively.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen will enchant you for its spaciousness and for the terrace with views of the Sierra Morena where you can go out to have what you want and relax after your day.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a large wardrobe in each of them. The double bedroom with a 1.50 bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms with two beds each, one of them beds of 1. 05. It has a second bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
The living room is very spacious with 40 led TV, dvd and wifi. You have two comfortable sofas and a dining table.

Really comfortable apt I great location
Two couples stayed in this lovely apartment that was walking distance to most sites. We loved the spacious accommodations as well as the comfortable layout. Great kitchen and living room. Pillows were too hard but the place was very clean. Would stay there again if were back in town. Terrific air con and friendly owners.

The apartment was perfect and in a great location only 10min walk from the centre of the old town.
The apartment was very spacious, light and beautifully furnished in a modern style. It overlooks a lovely plaza.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a small laundry room with washing machine. There was some detergent left on top of the machine, which we were extremely grateful for, as we had been travelling for a couple of weeks and desperately needed to do a washing. There is plenty of seating in the living room for 6 people, and more (we were just 4). And, 2 dining tables: one in the living room and one in the kitchen, both of which are very nice places to sit. To top it all off there is little balcony off the kitchen where you can sit outside. Carmen is easy to contact and very responsive and her Welcome Instructions were full of informative and very useful information. There is a very conveniently located car park directly opposite the apartment. We loved our stay here and Cordoba is a great city to visit especially during the Fiesta of the Patios. Do not miss the Mezquita for its incredible architecture, nor the Alcazar for its stunning gardens and the fabulous views from its ramparts and tower.

Wonderful apartment
The apartment was fantastic. Just as advertised and perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It is large and spacious with 3 large bedrooms. Nice restaurants nearby. Córdoba is a beautiful city and well worth seeing. The apartment is close to the train and bus stations (where the car rentals are). There are some great day trips. Thank you Carmen

Excellent Accommodation and truly Spanish hospitality !!
Carmen is a fantastic host and she together with her daughter helped us (a group of 6 pax) to settle down in their apartment at Cordoba with ease. The private apartment is very spacious and exactly as posted in the website. The location is fantastic; a short 10 minutes walk away from RENFE Cordoba Central station and very safe and secure. We made our base in Cordoba for our 5 days 4 nights stay where we traveled extensively to Granada, Seville and within Cordoba to savour true Spanish culture, food and admire the architecture. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped and to complete it all, there is a nearby Mercado (Supermarket) 2 blocks away that provided us the necessary fresh produce for our stay. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and ideal for families and groups of 6-8 people. Carmen made sure everything was in order to make our stay in Cordoba memorable. Thank you so much for extending Spanish hospitality to us and we recommend others to book her apartment when you want to stay in Cordoba.

L"appartement à vraiment répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le quartier est vraiment très agréable avec beaucoup d'espaces verts et de jeux pour les enfants; un parking sécurisé juste en face où on a laissé notre voiture pendant 3 jours. En effet, on a fait toutes les visites et courses à pied. . Tout est proche. Nous souhaiterions remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur ponctualité et la tenue de l'appartement car il est très propre, spacieux et tout à fait conforme à la description. En tout cas, à réserver sans hésitation.

Gran casa, muy cómoda y con buena situación. Repetiremos seguro!
Visitamos Córdoba dos familias con niños pequeños durante el puente de Mayo de 2016 y Carmen nos atendió fenomenal: la casa cómoda, muy limpia, luminosa, todas las estancias grandes y bien decoradas, una acogedora terraza con vistas a la sierra... En cuanto a la situación, está al lado de la estación del AVE, fácil aparcamiento en la calle y en una zona con tiendas, parques y bares. El centro histórico está a unos veinte minutos paseando. El paseo no se hace pesado en absoluto (a nosotros no se nos hizo y teníamos que ir empujando un carrito de niños). En la casa había información turística y consejos para visitar y disfrutar de la ciudad bastante valiosos. Muchas gracias Carmen!!!
