To say we were disappointed is an understatement.
Friendly, but ultimately Indifferent service - clerks knew about the issues with our room, but did little or nothing to resolve
- look closely at the photos. The bed pillow is ONE long foam pillow. :(( very hard and not suitable for two. when we asked for separate pillows, the clerk came back with one pillow which a lumpy mess stuffed with cut up foam.
- bed is also foam and rock hard.
-toilet paper dispenser rations paper, giving two sheets at a time. It is also locked, and when paper broke off inside and husband had to go ask for help, clerk said “oh yes, this happens. we don’t have a key” but produced two rolls. ??? why not give these to start?
- one tiny bottle of shampoo is only toiletry provided. no soap. no lotion.
- air conditioner can’t be used as the remote is covered in saran and had moisture inside. when we showed clerk she said “oh yeah we know”. so don’t count on air conditioning during your stay.
- there is no restaurant as shown in ad. no option for buffet. in addition there is a $200 euro fine if you eat in your room so no
option for take out either.
- there were vending machines, they didn’t work.
-there was a “bar” with bottles of wine displayed, they weren’t for sale.
