The only issue I have the hotel is that since the day that I arrived until now that it’s been over five or six days, they overcharged my account without authorization, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I fell with Expedia and also with the hotel and they’re just playing fool

Front desk lady when I got there was great. Restaurant service need to improve. Menu has to improve. Restaurant staff need to improve. The plates are too small for what you pay and they charge you for any little extras. They need more variety of beers. I only ate there because I was exhausted to go out but the rest was great

El hotel está bien. Mi problema fué el hecho que estábamos en el piso #1 y todas la noches tuvieron eventos en el piso de abajo. La música se escuchaba en nuestro cuarto y la gente de el hotel no hacía nada para resolver el problema.
