Winter and summer, mountain and hiking lovers, discover this spacious villa (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), in the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, in a quiet area, for holidays with family or friends (10 people).
Departing from the house on foot or by bike: beautiful hikes. By car: 1 hour from the sea, 45 minutes from ski resorts, 45 minutes from Perpignan, 1h30 from Spain, 2 hours from Andorra…
Located on a large plot of 1,800 m², you will appreciate its calm and its various places, notably the terrace with its swimming pool (unheated) of 8 m x 4 m with an inclined depth of approximately 1.5 m.
All the equipment is present so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces (traditional barbecue, garden furniture, tables, chairs, etc.).
The house consists of:
• On the ground floor (practically all rooms open onto the terrace with the swimming pool):
- 1 large living room with TV and games area,
- 1 open kitchen,
- 1 large dining table,
(these 3 parts are more than 80m²)
- 1 master suite with 1 160 cm bed with bathroom,
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 90 cm beds,
- 2 toilets,
