Can't fault the facility for the noise. It was the several other guests who were running around and slamming doors till 11.30 at night. Blame lands on the hotel for not taking action when I reported this activity an hour before it stopped. Room and bed were fine. Location was great. Lots of parking. But wouldn't stay here again.

Check in went well. A guy was urinating outside in the corner of the building when we came in. The staff in the morning were all sitting outside the elevator on our floor, sitting on the table, etc. It was very bad to aee when i got off the elevator. The pool waa closed for maintenance when we went down in the morning yet nothing was said to us the night before. We even asked about the pool. The pool was the main reason we booked at your hotel. Very disappointed

Old hotel needs a complete makeover. Thats the hotel front desk staff need customer service training. The staff did absolutely nothing to give a positive hotel experience

The lobby smelled of smoke. The rooms are very dated. The sink area of the room had wallpaper starting to peal. The bed was comfortable. The room had 2 armchairs which is unusual however they were old and faded. The bureau and coffee table look worn. For $200 a night they could put some money into a serious update. The staff are friendly and helpful

I found the elevator filthy. Defintly couldnof smelt better on 2nd floor. Overall a good cleajing everywhere would help. Garbage that was on floor of elevator was there 2 days
