This Fantastic home will feel like new! Complete new kitchen with Island, white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The oven has an air fryer! Vinyl plank floors...no carpet! New sliding glass door for the top deck, vinyl railing on both decks, bar in the game room with a full-size fridge, new king bed, new couch, chair, 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 new futons, all new ceiling fans and vents, 4 new TVs, (6 TVs total) new washer and dryer, new HVAC, new deck paint comforters, extra full-size fridge on the lower level, new living room furniture (plaid sofa in pics replaced with neutral sectional sofa), and more! TVs in the game room and master bedroom have Cable...all other TVs are Smart TVs for streaming only.

Your vacation starts at "Cardinal Cove!" Take a dip in the private saltwater pool that can be heated for an additional $350, or enjoy a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub! Breathe in the ocean air and enjoy breezes from the large wraparound top decks while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails! The rec room is perfect for those that like to enjoy a game of foosball or just hang out and watch the game on TV! Don't worry about having to leave your favorite four-legged family member behind, because this amazing home is pet-friendly!

Level 1: The ground level features a bedroom, full bath, and game room with a slider to the private saltwater pool area where you will find the hot tub and outside shower. There are also 2 futons in the game room for additional sleeping!

Level 2: The mid-level offers 3 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer.

Level 3: On the top level, you will enjoy the open great room, kitchen, and dining areas, as well as a king master suite and a powder room. Large wraparound decks are perfect for sunbathing, outside dining, or taking a nap in the shade!

There is something for everyone including 6 TVs, a DVD player, wireless internet, a pack 'n-play, a gas grill, a basketball goal, and more!

Enjoyable Stay
The home was clean, the location very good. The bathrooms were lovely and I loved the floors. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Those sleeping in the second floor king and queen beds felt the mattresses could use an upgrade. Also there is very little, almost no storage for pantry items.

We had a great experience staying at this beach house. It was close to the beach front, had a great pool and was great for the kids. Some items would use updating which would make the experience even better. The kitchen teflon pots and pans have scratches which made them unusable and the knifes were dull and made it hard to cut food but our experience was great and we would stay here again.

Wonderful Family Getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay at cardinals cove. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies you’d need, the beds were very comfortable, the pool get amazing (we stayed late September so pool heat was crucial). The walk to the beach wasn’t long at all; however if you have little ones I’d suggest bringing along a wagon or stroller for them to sit in as opposed to walk. We pointed out a few issues with the property management company and they were more than willing to fix immediately. Definitely would reconsider coming back for future visits!

Good beach house
We had a great week at this property. It was alittle further from the beach than we would have liked since we have 3 small kids (dragging them and the stuff back and forth was tiring). However, it was no problem for my sister and her older kids. The pool and hot tub were great but wished there was more shade in pool area. House was very conveniently located to shopping areas/restaurants/grocery store, etc. Loved being able to take a short walk to the lake and feed the turtles!

The house was very clean, I felt comfortable staying there. It was also nice to be able to have our dog with us. The walk to the beach was a good 5 minutes, but not bad. We felt comfortable there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay - the home was clean and in a great location! We loved having our own pool and hot tub, as well as two great access points to the beach. It also has the WORLD'S MOST COMFORTABLE COUCH! I seriously want to find out who makes it because I need one for my house.

Family vacation
This was our first family vacation in an Outer banks beach house. We had a great time, enjoyed the property except all the stairs. Pool and hot tub were great, kids and adults enjoyed them. Kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of dishes, platters and utensils.

Really short walk to the beach! Nice quiet neighborhood, very dog friendly. The house is on a grassy corner lot; I appreciate that it wasn't overgrown or covered in trees. The pool gets sun all day. We would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable family vacation home with the amenities we wanted.
Cardinal's Cove was comfortable with many of the amenities we look for in a vacation home. We really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is a short, very easy walk away. The pool and hot tub were a great alternative to the beach when the winds were high or we wanted to avoid the crowds on the beach at prime times. The beds were comfortable and the room lay outs with more private rooms for couples and places where multiple children could have their own bed in one room were perfect for our family. appliances were fully functional. The balconies were perfect for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon reading, and late night star gazing. The management company was incredibly responsive when we called for help. The only concern we ran into was that, while the basic cleanliness of the home was great, it seemed the cleaning only hit the viewable surfaces in several places. We found half full beer cans behind TV's and lamps; food wrappers, toys and dirty clothes (not ours) behind the couch and dressers; and dirty dishes put back in the cabinets. Light bulbs were missing from lamps and the air vents were very dirty; however, we called the management company and they had the bulbs replaced and air filters changed ASAP. The comforter in one of the master bedrooms is too small for the king bed (likely a queen) and the pillow cases provided were too small for the pillows. We know owners and management companies have to depend on guests to clean up after themselves and the expectations for clean-up before leaving are very clear. A little additional inspection may be needed though as the people before us did not seem to clean up well. Overall, we would stay at Cardinal's Cove again without hesitation.

Amazing!
It was a spacious beautiful house, great for a large family or two! It was very close to the beach, with a lovely trail that led to it. The pool was great, especially because it was placed to face the sun during the whole day. For when things got a little chilly the hot tub was great!
