It’s a beautiful hotel ,rooms are decently sized but the bathroom needed some maintenance due to some wear n tear…the best thing it’s quiet and peaceful. Perfect for working folk who travel a lot. Wish there were more selections for breakfast but it was good. Thank you!!

I had my dog with us on this trip. However when we got into the room, it smelled like animal urine. It made my dog very uncomfortable. We tried to clean up the floors to try to rid the smell. We weren’t successful. We eventually had to make other arrangements for my dog to stay elsewhere.

Check in was great. Although when i got to my room there was a strong odor of urine and toilet. I could not get over the smell. I went back to the desk to request a room change and before i even finished she looked like she was ready to say they had no more rooms, before hearing my concerns. They did not seem worried about the smell and quickly handed me an odor spray. Felt like they didn’t care my room smelled horrible. The spray helped but probably wouldn’t stay again. 6/10

Felt safe and comfortable here. The room air was pleasant, not too cold or warm. Shower worked fine. Bed was easy on our backs. There were actually two TVs which was interesting. The couch included in this standard king room was pretty old and broken down but clean so it was no problem. This hotel is maintenance oriented for the traveler not one with a lot of amenities if that's what you are looking for. It suffices well for a quick couple of nights. Only difficulty for us who are coming from out of town an unfamiliar with the area, it wasn't that easy to get around if you don't know where you were going. I might consider a stay at this kind of hotel on the outskirts of town next time rather than dead in the center. Only thing I missed was a nearby coffee shop which would have had early morning service providing a very good cup of coffee, such as Dutch Brothers or something like that. My husband missed the lack of brochures always available in the past and there was nothing provided to show how to use the TV or channeling which makes it difficult for someone without tech savvy. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever and kudos to the fine housekeeping. They should clearly be recognized, since it is they who make the rooms look nice and clean for the traveler.

This was a great choice. The hotel was clean. The blonde manager was so friendly and helpful. It was quiet and I could have walked to four places to eat. Bed was perfect!!!
