This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is located just 1 block away from the beach. Where the whole family will love the beautiful clean beaches gorgeous sand dunes oh and lets not forget 'lots of liquid sun shine'.

Or relax by the pool and grill a steak while basking in the sun.

Or if your the fisherman then cast your line anywhere on the island, Bob Hall Pier is the down the Beach where you might catch the BIG ONE!!!

For the physical fit person we have a Fitness Room and Sauna access.

Great place!
My family and I stayed for the weekend and it was truly fantastic! My kids enjoyed the view and the pool and also how close to the beach we were! Rhonda was great. She responded to my questions very quickly! My family and I are looking forward to coming back next year!

This was a great place to stay with the family. Close to the beach (you can walk there!), great location, great place to stay, great communication with the manager; I really can't recommend this one highly enough.

Great place for a summer vacation
Rhonda's condpnis very comfy, clean and nice. It has all you need for a great family vacation. The location is not too crowded, so you can enjoy a good rest. We will come back for sure.

Only a slight issue
The property was perfect in location, well stocked on amenities, decor was relaxing, and great space. The only issue we had was quite a bug problem upon checking in. We sprayed the baseboards with the provided bug spray which seemed to help significantly but we found bugs the second night in the pantry, we sprayed again in this area and didn’t have issues the rest of the stay.

Cute and comfy condo. Could have used more amenities, like big bowls, cook ware and kitchen towels. TV in one room did not work and if I recall, I saw previous reviews about the TV not working also. The smoke detector in the kitchen/living room area was hanging out of the ceiling. Could be a fire hazard if not careful. Beds we’re very comfy and the decorations were super cute! Over all we had a great stay and will definitely come back.

Nice property, close to beach
Rhonda’s condo was comfy and cozy. It had all the necessities for your home away from home. The beds were comfortable. Condo was clean. Rooms spacious. Kitchen fully stocked. Its location is about 1 block from WhiteCap Beach, which is a very clean and nice beach that you can drive your vehicle onto. Padre Island National Seashore is about 20min away. Beach there is also gorgeous. Downtown Corpus Christi was about 20min. Close proximity to multiple places. Rhonda was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this property and our stay there. Definitely would recommend!!!

Location and amenities were excellent and the place was very clean. It was extremely hard to sleep at night due to the structure of the building (thin walls, little insulation). Every step above us sounded like an elephant stomping on our ceiling and unfortunately the folks above us did not sleep until around 2 a.m.

The owner was barely in touch
I had to spend an hour on the phone a few hours before check in trying to get checkin info because I was never contacted. We finally got to the property and we were unloading. Guess what?! The door automatically locks just by closing it. We then spent an hour locked out.. The property manager acts like the principal in Matilda. There are so many warning signs around the property regarding the rules and penalties I felt like I was in a penitentiary. On leaving the manager called saying we lost stuff - fortunately they found what they needed cause my refund was posted - but don’t think the manager bothered getting back to me to let me know- I would not recommend this place. I would NOT go back.

Wonderful Vacation
Excellent condo just as described. Great location and well stocked. Very quite, close to beach, pond was great fishing in the evening, pool was nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. Condo has great windows and we really enjoyed the balcony. We visited the Padre Island National Seashore, Schlitterbahn, Texas State Aquarium, and the Lexington. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Rhonda was very easy to work with and responded to any questions I had very quickly. My girls enjoyed having a room to share but with their own beds. Great closet and storage space. We had a great visit on the island!

Great Beach Getaway!
Condo is less than a 5 minute walk to beach. We were lazy and drove which was great because you can park on the beach and have all of your 'stuff' handy. Beach was very nice. If you park on the sand, you need to buy a sticker for $12. It is good for a year. If you drive further down the beach to the blacktop, parking is free. Condo was very nice. There were 3 adults and 2 kids in our group and we had plenty of room. Hey, you shouldn't be in the condo much anyway! Condo complex was quiet. Everything you need to cook meals. We did breakfast only, packed food for lunch at the beach. And ate dinners out. Pool area was nice and had a separate hot tub. We ended most days there--outside shower to get rid of beach sand and then a relaxing dip in the pool. About a 20 minute drive to Port A for fishing boat and pirate ship. Scenic drive and not much traffic. Have stayed in Port A before and have to say that I like this location better. Rhonda was very nice and helpful. Our group is ready to ho back already!

I screwed up, didn't trust the reviews and cut the stay shorter than I should have.
Was easy for a first time. Would highly recommend this property. A block from the beach if you dont want to purchase pass to beaches. Property was clean and well maintained. A/C worked great for these hot days. Located close to gas stations ( buy on weekdays) and some great Mexican and seafood restaurants.
