This unique and beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom/ 2.5 Bath home is perfect for your next family vacation. Gather in the living room on the plush couches (one converts to a sleeper sofa) while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The additional bar height table and two chairs can double as extra seating or as distance learning/ home office. For your convenience, there is a half bath in the hallway. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and a standard coffee maker. Dine at the table with seating for 4. There is an additional table with two chairs to accommodate more. Step out into the screened-in back porch to sip your morning coffee, admire the beautiful landscaping and cook the day's catch on the grill while relaxing in the outdoor dining atmosphere. Venture upstairs where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a vanity and tile shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) consists of a Queen bed, chest, and TV. The bunk room (BR3) has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a closet. A little short on conveniences
House was as advertised, nice and spacious. We lost approximately $50 worth of food due to the oven not working. The bbq grill was rusted and unusable. The swimming pool had so much chlorine, it was easier to swim in the gulf. We contacted the property manager, and they sent out a new bbq grill, and replaced the stove with a studio apartment range, which was 1/2 the size and capacity of the original stove. The loss of food, and lack of appliances working, garners a 3 star rating. We paid a lot of money for this place, therefore we expected everything to be in working order.

Great location.
The location is great. Quarter's are a bit tight and the beds weren't very comfy. Amenities were great but the cleaning crew didn't do a good job, so that made it a subpar get away. The listing was described well.

I've written a review with the property management company but I'm also leaving a review here. I took my two kids on a "kids vacation," and allowed each of them to bring a friend. Now some people might equate that to "doesn't matter what the rental is like because kids are destructive." I, however, discipline mine and they do not trash out our home nor anywhere else. When we walked into this place every toliet seal was broken. All cabinets, light switches, baseboards, doors, and glass were covered in dirty fingerprints and dust - copious amounts of dust. The ceiling fans literally hadn't been dusted in months and I'm not even going to discuss the amount of wads of hair all over EVERY floor. Further, there was BODY hair in the showers - I made everyone where shoes. I found plastic to go containers in the drawers with grease and left over pieces of bacon. The place was disgusting and no I'm not exaggerating. I'm writing because this is third place this summer I've been like this - we as collective have to start writing reviews and acknowledging this or it's going to keep getting worse. Please start helping hold property management companies and cleaning crews accountable. Just think if it was your vacation home and you come back to it for a family holiday to see it treated like that - I'd be devastated.

Great time over all. House is Comfortable and clean. Great for big family. Only small thing was the house is right next to the fence and hotel property next door. Hotel guests were loud a couple of nights and left/threw trash into our area.

The Bundle of Beach!!!
The house had all the accommodations needed for a beach getaway for 10 people. There were some issues with cleanliness but the rental company quickly addressed them to my satisfaction. There was also an issue with the thermostat because it was locked or control by the owner so it was hotter then my comfort however, the rental company quickly took care of it and we were able to adjust the thermostat the rest of our stay. The fridge did take a while to chill drinks but wasn’t a big deal. If you like your showers hot, I’d suggest you stagger your showers if you have 10 people because the hot water ran out relatively fast. Over all, I loved the house and the rental office was exceptionally expedient and met all my needs and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this place again!

I know we are all new to the new norm but I don’t believe that most precautions were taken when this home was rented to our families. The home smelled of cigarette smoke as did our bedding and towels. It was obvious that the coverlet and shams had not been washed since the last tenants, drool stains, fresh stains etc. I was told not to arrive before 4pm because of extra cleaning that would be done in leu of Covid. We pushed back travels because of this only to receive a text hours later saying it would indeed be ready by 2. I wish in those hours our bedding had actually been washed. It also would have been prudent had there been a counter cleaner/disinfectant as well. I can’t say with complete confidence my family and friends felt completely safe staying in this home even though we’d been reassured it would be.

Went in winter time. The property had enough space for everyone to spread out and enough room in the kitchen for everyone to come together for meals. It was close to things in town and close to the beach access. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Would rent again.

Getaway with my kids
We had to come in as an after hours check in. The reservation was made through my work. When I called to be sure it would not be an issue with the differences in name and info, I was assured it would be fine and was added to the email chain. The property managers were completely awesome. They answered my couple of calls with patience and when we checked out, we rented a buggy from them for the day. We loved the feeling and details of the home. The kitchen was great, which is important to me. My teenage kids were immediately impressed as I was with the property and layout. The screen porch, the bedrooms and bathrooms, everything was layed out and perfectly clean and organized. We will be back to this location again I hope. Thank you so much.
