Our homely abode comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with the primary bedroom housing a luxurious king bed and the living room featuring a queen-sized sofa bed. The enticing amenities continue with access to three refreshing swimming pools - Kiera's, Dune, and the heated Stillwater. Bask in the scenic views of the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, just a doorstep away.

Yearning for the beach? Our dune bridges offer convenient pedestrian and golf cart access, ensuring you're never far from a blissful seaside experience. Enjoy delightful bites at our on-site cafes, C-Bar and Seaside, and relish sumptuous dinners at Lisabella's restaurant. Fancy some live music? Check out our schedule for weekend gigs during the high season. For fitness enthusiasts, our intimate gym, featuring two Peloton bikes, will keep your workout regimen uninterrupted.

Located in the heart of the gorgeous and nationally recognized Cinnamon Shore development in Port Aransas on Mustang island. The development is home to many multi-million dollar homes several of which have been recognized by the Southern Living magazine. Port Aransas, Texas, is a charming coastal town renowned for its beautiful beaches and laid-back vibe. This area offers a range of outdoor activities such as fishing, bird watching, boating, and beachcombing. Visitors and residents alike can explore the scenic Mustang Island State Park, where miles of unspoiled shoreline await. The town's dining scene reflects its coastal location, with numerous seafood restaurants and casual eateries offering locally-sourced fare. With its combination of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and friendly community spirit, Port Aransas provides a delightful and relaxing coastal experience.

In addition to the patio, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's, Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Seaside), one restaurant (Lisabella's), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM
2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) including the patio ($350 fine)
3) No loud noises after 10 PM
4) No events or parties.
5) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $100. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $150. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
7) Minimum age requirement is 25
8) If you do not check out on time (10AM) you will be charged an additional night
