Why Knot Relax - PRIVATE POOL!

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. A copy of your driver's license is also required to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.**

Welcome to WHY KNOT RELAX! Located in the sought-after Ocean Village Community! Why Knot Relax is the perfect vacation getaway spot. This large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, sleeps 10 and has ample parking for 5 or room for a boat! PRIVATE POOL INCLUDED! **Additional $100 a day to heat the pool! (Must request pool heat at least 24 hours before your arrival) We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, inevitably you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool. Corner lot, located just minutes from the beach and all of the local restaurants, shops, and sips! Why Knot book and come Relax by the pool and make lots of great memories to last a lifetime!

Don't forget to add a golf cart to your stay delivered straight to you! (must request 48 hours or more before your arrival) We are your one-stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach!

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Why Knot Relax--Family Vacation
Our family of 9 had the best time in Port Aransas from early morning walks to exploring the beach and having tons of fun in the private swimming pool, riding around the island on golf carts, eating snowcones and ice cream treats in the afternoons and then coming back to the beautiful and relaxing house to relax and enjoy being together as a family. We loved the house and all of it amenities and will look forward to booking it again.

Wow what a place to stay, if you are looking for a great place stay with friends or family this is the one it gets a 5 plus stars from me and my group you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay I will definitely be renting this one again for sure and to give a extra star all the beds were very comfortable and that is a huge plus for me!!! AMAZING RENTAL HOUSE!
Wow! This place was nothing short or spectacular! I stayed there with the wife and had my daughters come by to visit with the grand kids. Everyone couldn’t stop complimenting this place. It had enough room for the kiddos to run around with perfect entertaining areas for the adults. The outdoor entertaining/lounging spot by the pool was soooo relaxing. To top it off, the TV outside allowed us to put on a basketball game while grilling. Extreme relaxation. Also, the property management was extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect family Rental!
The listing was spot on as well as the photos. Everything turned out great for our family! The location is great Ina new area with easy access to downtown and the beach. The golf course was also very course! The kitchen and living room were spacious and had every cooking utensil needed. The outdoor area with grill and chairs was perfect for an evening relaxation. The pond and moon setting provided a great backdrop. I would definitely recommend and will be looking them up again on return visits!

We had an amazing time and this house was awesome. The only thing I wish they had was a detachable shower head. Trying to get sand out off all the places was a little difficult. And if they had walls around the outside shower that would be cool.

Great house for family gathering
My family and I (6 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby) stayed here recently. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was really well stocked. A big bonus for us was that there were three full bathrooms, so each family unit had their own. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great Place! Minutes to the beach.
We love our visit here. Well stocked kitchen and great artwork. Plenty of space for our family of nine. Loved the bedroom/bathroom layout and beds available. Extra bedding and pillows was really nice. The patio chairs were a big hit! Never figured out how to walk to the beach so we just drove and parked on the beach. Grocery store sells the parking permits for the beach $12 per car per calendar year. Well worth it! Beds were all comfortable. Will love to stay here again. Checkin was super simple. The property management company communicated well and checkin was a breeze. What a wonderful beach side home.

The property was not ready upon check-in, 2 cleaning ladies were still cleaning the property. Around 4:20, they finished and I found a cockroach on top of my bed! One of the cleaning ladies killed the cockroach and I called the property management company to inform them. The pond was a disappointment, didn't catch any fish. The walk to the beach was more than 10 minutes. The house description did not state no beach access from the property. The unit was beautifully decorated.

Amazing home in a perfect location!
My family of 3 stayed at this home over Easter weekend. It was amazing. The home was very clean and was well furnished. It was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was open and had tons of as were the balconies and outside areas.
