This unit has a mini-split ductless a/c on the lower floor living area. The upstairs has a portable AC in one of the bedrooms. Keeping bedroom doors open will allow all bedrooms to stay cool. The second floor has three bedrooms with queen sized beds in each.
The living room has two couches, one of which converts to a full-size pull out bed. There is also a queen sized air mattress available on request.
There is a TV in the living room, equipped with Roku, so you can stream through your accounts.
A full-sized kitchen with ample cookware and amenities, and a dining room with seating for six allows for family meals.
A washer and dryer are freely available.
Upstairs, there is a full bathroom with a shower and toilet/sink, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub (no shower,) and toilet/sink.
One half bathroom is in the downstairs.
An outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill with tools, complete the space.
Production and photography bookings are allowed, with an extra Production Fee and insurance. Please inquire. You have full access to the house, with the exception of the maid closet.
The garage is off-limits too.
You’ll have a digital code to access the front door. No keys to lose!
There is room for two cars in the driveway, and unreserved, free, on-street parking too. We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions.
Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, and ask for your ID and email address.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, with wildlife wandering the street. You’ll regularly see a flock of turkeys in the backyard, or deer walking down the street.
The home is one mile from a plaza of grocery, restaurants, fitness, and shopping, and is two miles from the OSU campus, or downtown. A thirty minute drive to the top of Mary’s Peak.
One hour from the beach, and an hour and a half from Portland.
