Wonderful Christmas vacation! Great location are we looking in the city of Gatlinburg. Nice atrium style hotel with cool open view elevators. We had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant!

Friendly and responsive staff was awesome to experience. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub could have been more clean and the temperature of the “hot” tub was more of a warm tub.

Room was clean. Balcony full of cigarette butts on the floor. Housekeeping could've easily picked them up. Furniture housing the refrigerator needs replacing. Fridge temp is off, no matter how much I adjusted it, it still froze my baby's formula. Breakfast was good. I mistakenly left my kids off the reservation so I had to call the front desk to update our breakfast tickets, her tone was very rude. Other than that all the rest of the staff was friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The shared microwave by the elevators on our floor needs replacing. The plate wiggles and wobbles loudly the whole time it's spinning. The indoor pool is nice, but not clean. On the edges of the lower level pool, there were clumps of hair and dirty bandaids. Staff could easily periodically clean the edges of the pool or skim out people's hair, but instead they wait until the pool closes at midnight to clean up. Overall I'd give it a 3/5.

Had a great stay. Room was very nice and comfortable. As senior travelers, the hot tub was nice. They have a very nice indoor pool. Definitely would stay here again. Love this place. Only one negative - not enough handicap parking spaces.

The staff are very friendly, great atmosphere and the pool is perfect for any age. When we arrrived there was a huge line (it was Hell Week in Gatlinburgh) but staff passed out waters and cookies to help with the wait. Pizza on site is really good and fast. The room was clean and location to down town was great. You really wouldn't want to walk as the road to the hotel is completely uphill but they have a trolley. The location is super close to the entrance to Smokey Mountain National Park which was a plus for us.

The rooms were very clean. There was a mixup with our room we picked out while using the app and we were upgraded to a suite. The views were stunning! The pool is open until midnight. Lots of dining options on site. The breakfast was amazing as always! Gravy and biscuits, fresh made omlets to order, fresh fruit and many other options. The warm cookies at checkin is a nice touch. I was charged for parking, it’s listed in the small print, on the website. Funny they talk about parking being a premium for gatlinburg, but the hotel sits at least 300 yards above the town with no walkway or sidewalk to get to it very shady on the hotels reputation

The most uncomfortable bed ever. At 5am both my husband and I woke up with severe back pain. Old mattress with zero support. He had to move to the loveseat and i layed sideways against the headboard searching for any support I was hoping to find. Everthing else was great! I did tell the desk clerk when we left that room 1507 needed to be rported to have the mattress replaced. I would stay there again if I was guarantedd a good quality mattress to slepp on but scared to try.

To start we were placed in a handicap room not sure why but didn’t make it a big deal since there was no big difference from the other rooms other than more space I was told. The condition of the room was very disappointing. Everything felt outdated and poorly maintained, with visible wear and tear that clearly hasn’t been addressed in a long time. The furniture is old, the ceiling in the bathroom needed repainting, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. There was mold around the bathtub, You can hear water running all night throw the bathroom drain. It’s obvious the rooms are in serious need of updates and proper maintenance. I had to call twice and ask for towels and shower gel since the room was not serviced in three days. I don’t recommend staying here. The property is located on top of a hill there is no access by foot you need a car or take the trolly if you want to go to town. I would never stay here again.
