I think the staff was amazing. Room was clean. The only complaints I have are that you don't offer coffee in the lobby for free so people can get it themselves, we had to stand in line and wait while the lady hosting went to get them, it just seems she had enough to do without adding that her list. I thought breakfast was included and it wasn't which is fine, it was delicious, but it was very pricey and when you get buffet you have to read the fine print to know that if you get meat ( bacon..) then they charge you extra.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, which is most important to me. Typical Hilton. Great view. Furnishings and finishes throughout are visually very worn and in need of sprucing up/replacement. Surprisingly, no smart TV's. Common spaces need a serious deep cleaning and facelift, not shabby or run down by any means but as with furnishings, well worn and neglected in areas, i.e., visible air vents thick with dust, etc. Not a $200+/per night stay plus parking, but very clean and comfortable.

Love this hotel and location of it. The pool is great for kids. The one night we ate in our room because we didn’t know the restaurant closed at 10pm, the staff there was great. The one restaurant that was open late needed better attentiveness to people sitting there. Waited like 20 minutes without someone talking to us.

Power eggs are not very worth serving. Most everything else was good quality. Also there was no mention of $15 a day for parking. Seems shady to charge for parking when they are choose to stay at your hotel.
