This place reeked of weed and smoke in a non smoking room. I had to put a towel across the door to keep the smell out. It wasn’t just the people by the door, it was in the hallways and rooms. The front desk person couldn’t be bothered to sit at the desk and we had to call a number to check in at 7 pm.

First room we checked into had a turd in the toilet. Tried to flush it but it backed up. And tv and lights were on when we walked in. They gave us a different room and only had 1 channel. Not a good experience.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel could use an update as some fixtures are cracking and paint is chipped. Though there are no smoking signs in place, the smell of weed was prevalent on my floor. I also had to put a towel at the base of my door to keep the cigarette smoke out.

Property needs updating. The tv stand dresser in our room had tape holding the drawers in place. While having our breakfast the phone kept ringing at the front desk, and I mean continously ringing, but no one was there. By the time we finished eating someone came to the front desk. The outside area/parking lot had lots of litter that needs picked.

There was loud residents yelling and banging on doors at 3am and the residents above us sounded like elephants trampling across the floor all night long, there was a roach in a sealed coffee cup in the room, after we checked in someone tried to enter our room without knocking, the shower handle fell off in my husbands hand, the room and hallway had a strong smell of pot and cigarette smoke even though the hotel is rated as non smoking, this was an issue since I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. We went to airport to return our rental car and was told by the front desk to call the number on the card she handed us and she would send the shuttle, it took 3 to 4 phone calls before we were able to reach the hotel. When we got here to check in the front desk clerk was not at the desk and the note said she was helping another resudent when in fact she was outside sitting in the rocking chairs smoking with friends. We called the number on the sign 5 times before she acknowleged us and finally came in to check us in. In short, we will never stay at this facility again nor recommend it. Horrible place to stay.

Do not stay here. We walked in to nobody at the front desk and the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. You could easily tell this place was full of drug addicts that made us feel very unsafe. We proceeded to tell the front desk that we would not be able to stay here, she assured us that she would mark our account as refundable, but our travel company was unable to reach anyone to file the claim because they don't answer the phone. As of now we are having to eat the cost. Do yourself a huge favor and go down the road, Holiday Inn was 10/10!

This hotel is convenient to the Omaha airport. This is not like most Country Inn places. The hotel looked like it needed updating with an older feel. Beds were ok. Not really anything there just for an airport stay
