We were given a handicap room which the shower floor was dingy looking. We requested a fiber filled pillow because of allergies and the front desk person could not locate one. I don’t think he tried very hard

No hot water- no info on line that airport shuttle did not run after midnight. Accessible room was not accessible- no roll in shower- tub with no grab bars

We don’t have anything good to say except that the shuttle picked us up at the airport at midnight and it’s a quick ride. In our first room, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It kept rolling open. Breakfast is mediocre. No gluten free toasts or bagels. Last night we stayed again because we left our car there for the week (that’s another positive actually - reasonably priced parking). No one was at the desk when we arrived and after calling still took 10 minutes to arrive. The first key didnt work so they gave us another room. The elevator doesn’t always work. The shower wasn’t hot at night and in the morning wasn’t even warm. Their complimentary snacks were picked through and unreplenished. Skittles alone remained. It was not worth $155 and we will be looking elsewhere next time.

The only thing that I liked was Blair the driver that took us back to airport to get our car. Dirty floors, dead flies in the window. Water was not hot for tea. The staff at front desk made me feel that they wished I was not there. The male driver that picked us up from airport) not Blair) threw the luggage in and drove off before my boyfriends do closed. He said I’m trying to listen to the debate. He did not want to talk with us. The housekeeping staff at least said hello and smiled.

Superb cleanliness of the room. Being near the airport it seems the halls a lobby got a lot of use, so a little more worn. Excellent breakfast options. Elevator a little slow.

Hotel is declining. I mainly chose it for closeness to airport and ease of getting onto interstate. The surrondings were barren, there is a Perkins nearby with a Gentleman's club across the street. Quiet. Beds uncomfortable

The gentleman who checked us in was less than friendly, the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and we called the front desk for a 3 am wake up call to make our flight and never got one. Good thing we had set our own backup alarm clock. The only really great thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport.
