Everything was in great condition. The living room and patio are very sizable and perfect for entertaining. We all loved the heated floors a lot. 100% will stay here again.

Delighted To Be 1st Guests
David has built a fantastic 2 bed 1 bath house right in town. We were privileged to be the first renters. David was very communicative & very helpful when we asked for recommendations on places to eat. Every place we tried was a great recommendation! The bottom level of the property is a very large RV garage with a laundry room. The 2nd floor is spacious & all the furniture, dishes, towels, etc are brand new! The open concept living room/kitchen is large & would accommodate a large group. The 2 bedrooms have a door to a nice shared deck. The bathroom is between the bedrooms & the queen beds are very comfortable. The 24 stairs up to the living space are not for the faint of heart.😁 We just counted our trips up & down them as our workout! David has planned to have a welcome binder with the details pertinent to guests that will be very helpful. The only thing we were not able to get working was the cable TV. So we watched a DVD that was in the cabinet. I think you will enjoy your stay if you have an opportunity to stay in Council! Tamea
