Upon arrival I was made to stand outside to book a room. Once I arrived in the room I was IMMEDIATELY disgusted by its condition. Carpets, sheets, pillows, bathroom, towels. The center of the bed was sunken in, the sheets were beyond dingy, it smelled of of mold/mildew. The lighting was so poor. Every light fixture covered in dust and cobwebs, some of which didn't even work. I spent 20 minutes in the room before I had leave and find another place stay. I full refund would be more than appreciated. Pictures can be provided if necessary

Our room was dirty, there were blood stains on the blanket and a nail on the floor... this is a pet friendly room but it smelled like urine.. The front desk was very polite and kind tho so we didnt say anything

Checked in and checked right back out. The smell of smoke was so powerful and there was no way to avoid it. The window was broken and they “fixed it” with packing tape. The door to the bathroom had holes where people had smashed their fists through it multiple times. You could see where blood stains had been on the sheets and comforter. It was just awful all around. Don’t stay here if you value cleanliness and your safety.

Well the pillows on the bed were terrible, the toilet paper was horrible, the room wall needed some tlc, was told that there was a free continental breakfast and that was not the case. No coffee in the room but had a coffee maker. Some of the other tenants car alarms went off at least 5-6 times. Will not ever go back to a red roof inn!
