This lovely home was all and more . It was spotless, beautifully decorated and welcoming. We were overwhelmed with all we saw. Property manager, Karyn , made sure we knew there was no damage from storms and we knew the codes to gain access. Would stay again even if no "reason" to. Thank you Kathleen

The BEST host and house!
Our stay was EPIC! The host was AMAZING, she was quick, responsive, helpful, and friendly! I left wanting to be her friend after just talking through the messages. The house was clean, had everything we could have needed, and if we needed something, she was quickly on it to fix anything (which wasn’t much). We will definitely be back, and will be staying here in the sunflower house!

Best Girls Trip Ever!
The house was BEAUTIFUL! The house manager made sure to make our trip perfect! We had an issue with one of the tvs and she was over to help us within minutes! She also added extra love for the Bride on our trip. The location of the house was amazing and we enjoyed using the golf cart. I wish this home was available for my trip in December. I would def stay here again! Thank you for an amazing first trip to Covington.

Utah Girls Trip 2024
We had to much fun in this house! Perfect space to handout and lots of places to sleep. We loved having all the bathrooms especially with 6 women! The property manager was amazing!! Every question I had she was quick to respond and with a great additude. We will be for sure staying here again!!

Wonderful stay in cute cottage, the pictures do not give it justice, each room has its on-suite bathroom , and the coffee bar was perfect to get your morning going. Also the addition of the golf cart, great way to go downtown and have fun, we were surprised how close we were. Thank you for a perfect stay, we will back!!

Beautiful House
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked for the essentials. Host was very friendly and easy to work with. My grandchildren loved the golf cart and riding through the cute little town square was fun. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch. Would love to visit again someday.

AMAZING!!!
Seriously could not of asked for a better home to stay in! The house is truly the cutest thing you will ever see, (just like a block to Elena and Caroline's house) use of the golf cart helped cut down our car rental cost, each bedroom having their own bathroom plus a half bath was amazing, and the property manager was one of the best Ive ever dealt with!!! Couldn't recommend more!!

Absolutely LOVED it. Everything about it was perfect. The location was perfect, the girls loved taking the golf cart, and bikes down to Town Square and all over to find all the diff places that they filmed at. They were filming Sweet Magnolias while we were down there, and it was real close to where we were staying so that was neat as well. We will definitely be back. 🌻

Quick weekend stay
The house was gorgeous! Spacious & stunning 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, with all the extras— laundry, golf cart, bicycles, even a red baby grand piano! The location is perfect, situated 1/2 mile from the town square and right along a nice walking path. Every square inch of the house was spotless, and everything you could possibly need was provided. I definitely plan to stay again!
