Summary:
Experience wildlife and nature while having all of the amenities you could ask for at this Phillip Island resort villa, perfectly suited for traveling friends, couples, or families. Located in the well-known Ramada Resorts, all of your needs will be catered to. Take a refreshing dip in the resort outdoor pool or soak your worries away in the resort hot tubs available. If you prefer privacy and peace have a drink on your own villa patio. You’ll also have access to a gym, tennis court, and restaurant. You won’t find a better place to wake up on holiday.

The Space:
This stunning resort is surrounded by natural gardens and bushland and allows you to experience a variety of wildlife. For an even closer view, you can visit the wildlife sanctuary across the road from the resort. This condo-style villa offers comfortable accommodation for six guests and has an open-concept layout, with hardwood floors throughout. It also has its own patio with comfortable outdoor furniture that’s perfect for cocktails, your morning coffee, or a sunset dinner with a nice breeze.

You’ll enjoy preparing some delicious meals in the fully-equipped, modern kitchen which offers a microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas stove, plenty of counter space, and basic cooking supplies. Help yourself to the provided coffee or tea in the morning while you plan your day’s activities. Between the kitchen and living space, you’ll find a spacious dining area with seating for six. Have a movie night or good conversation in the comfort of your own living area.

This unit has three bedrooms:
Master suite with ensuite, queen bed, and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom #2 with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom #3 with two single beds and built-in wardrobe.

All linen and towels are provided. No need to bring your own. We want your stay to be as carefree as possible. In addition to the ensuite, there is a second bathroom with bathtub, shower, and vanity (and an assortment of bathroom supplies). A separate toilet is available next to the bathroom. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer within the unit.

The guests can access the property by a lockbox with a key. Instructions are sent two days before check-in upon confirmation of booking.
Other things to note
Wifi is only available at the reception as a Hotspot. There is no wifi available at the individual villa.
Free parking available directly in front of your villa.
An EV charger is available at the entrance of the resort.
Because this villa is listed on a resort, we do require the guests to follow any rules that the resort might impose, but the property is not managed by the resort.
Please drive slowly on the resort when you are trying to find your villa, as there is a lot of foot traffic and cars and the roads are narrow. MAX speed is 5 km/h.
Each villa is professionally cleaned after each stay with the enhanced COVID-19 safety protocols in mind. You will have plenty of fresh linens and towels on your arrival.
