I like the small property and the ability to snorkel in amazing waters right out front. I love the service around the chairs and cabanas in front of the ocean. Alberto was very attentive and amazing! I was offered a snorkle tour right down the road for the fact that the pool was under construction and I thought this was a nice offer. The room was very clean and standard. The lampshade between double beds needs to be removed because it's got mold on it. Room service was good food and quick. The seafood restaurant by the water is great! Loved the ceviche and fish tacos! I will be back!

Staff was very friendly. Smooth check in process, Food was excellent and we felt safe at this resort. The pool was under construction and it was loud during the day. Wish we knew about the pool construction beforehand. We booked here to enjoy the swim up bar and not only was the pool unavailable the noise was all day long!

15 minute drive to down town,the only down side during my stay main swimming pool not available due to remodel and also the elevator closed to my unit was undergoing an upgrade,the noise was moderate. Staff was very friendly.overall we had a good experience.

We have been coming here for over two decades, so obviously love it. It is located out of town, and is relatively small, so is nice and quiet. There are evening shows, but they were over before we went to bed, so didn’t disturb us. The staff were without exception excellent. We are not “foodies” but enjoyed all the options (although as Americans, we have learned to pack extra chocolates when traveling out of the country!). Non-alcoholic beer was finally available! The best part is the snorkeling that is available right in front of the resort. Our diving company, Dive With Cristina, picked us up at the pier right by the breakfast buffet. Potential negatives: it is out of town so you need a car or ride to go anywhere else. Currently (November 2024) the pools are closed for major renovations. A snorkeling tour was provided as compensation. We initially had no hot water in the shower but this was fixed. One elevator was out of service but we used the stairs anyway. The hotel is a little “tired” and could use some paint. I had to think hard to come up with these “problems”. Over the decades, we have stayed at five other resorts on Cozumel or the Riviera Maya. This remains our favorite by far. I would go back today if I could.

Food was great. Staff were friendly. However, the main pool was closed for our entire stay. We were not notified of the amenities being closed and were not given an option of changing our booking to a later date when the pool would be opened. We were not offered a discounted future stay because of the closure.

Hotel is run down . Staff is good. The owners need a huge re modeling if they want people to come back. The food at the Mexican restaurant was awful.

The staff was super friendly and provided excellence service. The property was nice and had amazing views of the ocean. Despite a hurricane causing the beach to close we still had a great time and the hotel did an amazing job keeping up safe and entertained.
