We go to Cozumel every year for a week and this was the worst experience. Things taken from our room and our kids room by the cleaning crew multiple times. Put Do Not Disturb on the door and caught cleaning crew in our room twice. Room safe tampered with and money missing. Do NOT go to this resort.

Our stay was great. Only allowed to order room service 1x per day. Love the app provided for services. Massages and extras were extremely high in price-$80 for 20 minutes was a little disappointing. Great clean and safe place overall. Food could use some upgrading but wasn’t terrible.

The food choices are extremely limited and are horrible tasting, the rooms are ok but nothing works, first room we got had no air conditioning they did move us but to a room with no air or hot water. The pools are dirty and unkept. They try and push the time share but that’s to be expected. All in all I can say we will never go back

The only thing we were disappointed with was with the restocking of the special little cups, we really had to make an effort to get them restocked and get 2 more each day our in room for the coffee/espresso maker. We repeatedly asked for 4 cups so we could each have 2 little cups of coffee. The ocean view from our 8th floor room is spectacular!

This was my fourth visit. I enjoy the stays here. Most of the staff are very friendly. Edgar and Jasmin in activities are excellent. Wait staff are so helpful and friendly. There is a high pressure to purchase timeshares or whatever they call them. Complete turnoff. Avoid Aldo in sales. Bad: took two days to get complimentary fridge filled. Had wash cloths the first day. They were never replaced. Chair savers. Pool area bathroom floor are like sheer ice when wet. Good: restaurant staff. Italian restaurant. Coffee store staff. Beach area. Adult pool. Excellent nightly entertainment. Knowing the above, I would recommend. I would stay again.

The staff and property were great. The food was good and there was a wide choice at every meal. The 3 swim up pools were great for relaxing. It was a short taxi ride to go scuba diving or to go downtown. The only thing disappointing was that there was only one functioning elevator for a nine story building and several hundred quest. The elevator was smal and could only accommodate 5 people comfortably.

Food superb. Oddly great cannoli’s available at Italian restaurant. Walking paths made of coral and very uneven. Great personnel. Great drinks. Great scenery. One of 2 passenger elevators out of service entire trip. We will be back.

Sales people are way to pushy. . It was a shame to have a seafood and could never habe dinner there. The ground/lawn people were amazing. The housekeeping definitely needs some work. They would never leave wash clothes, doesn't matter how many times you ask. The ac unit worked amazing. The new body wash,shampoo etc, was a nice touch. It smells really good. Want to praise Ricky, Jorge,Nora and Guadalupe, that went above and beyond to help us when needed. Therrestaurant but could never have dinner there.

Let me start by saying I almost cancelled my trip after all the bad reviews I read… I’m glad I didn’t and got to see for myself… The staff is beyond friendly, will go out of their way to accommodate you or your needs. My son is an extremely picky eater and they always made him something else if we couldn’t find something he liked at the buffet or the restaurants… they were extremely nice to my 1 year old who loves to walk and say hi. It rained in our room the first night and they were quick to find us a new room and help us move. Yes the beach is small but very clean and great for snorkeling. The food isn’t 5 star quality but it isn’t horrible. It was pretty decent and some dishes were very good. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were very good! The cafe was my favorite the ice cream is Amazing and so were the coffees they made. The snack bar are very convenient for in between meals. Our rooms are cleaned daily . Honestly we had a great time!

Food was not that great... I'm not a princess I'm happy with a good burger but the food is similar to reheated food. I'm a smoker the only designated area was in the very back dirty no seating and no lighting. I know.. quit. We'll i pay the same as everyone else i should at least feel safe

This trip was supposed to be for my wife's birthday. When we arrived, check in was ok then the pushy salesperson world not take no for an answer. First he offered discounts to a bamboo shop to pick up free socks, coupon for $200 off ro diamond palace, $50 jeep rental for the day, $50 per person for massage to $100 to spend all day in Chiciniza. We asked if this was timeshare and he said better. These day they are calling it"loyalty" points. He was relentless. He called our room to make sure we were coming. He kept referring how we have expedia vip access and my prices does for all the amenities he originally quoted. He brought us into this room so the girl in the office can fill out your information. The"loyalty" staff came in and basically told us what are our plans bc he did not want to waste our time. I explained i was not interested. Everything changed when i said no. They brought out the girl in the office, salesperson and a manager asking why we are not interested. We continued to let them know we were not interested and we are here for a short getaway. The sales manager was absolutely rude, pushy, disrespectful and manipulated the conversation. The staff was very kind, sales people needs a lesson in common courtesy and kindness of guests. I do not consider this resort luxury as they advertised. The food is below mediocre, rooms needs upgrade. You pay for everything as far as other amenities. Nothing was offered as a vip besides a salesperson telling me.
