Cozy country cottage 15 min from the city

This cozy cottage was built to fit your needs for an amazing vacation and relaxation in the country. Built in 2017, this home is only a 20 minute drive to McComb and 8 minute drive from local shopping and food. Our cottage is the perfect mix of city and country living. It sits on 1.5 acre of land. Early mornings are perfect for listening to the birds sing while you eat your breakfast. There is ample amount of natural light and also a sitting area on the massive front porch. There are a couple of cats that live on this property. This home has all your basic needs and is fully stocked with all the linens and cooking supplies one could need. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and smart TVs located upstairs and downstairs. Access to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is by staircase. On the second floor you have very large master with an en-suite bathroom with a washer and dryer for laundry. The bedroom has a king size bed with a couple of sitting chairs. Wifi is provided. Our location is in a quite area with access to local and major highways. There are couple of other dwellings on the property (these are not included in the rental and are regularly access by the owner.)
