Nice place. Some cleaning of the bathroom vent is much needed. Corner room was very nice to see Mt. Crested Butte and other parts of the mountain. Comfortable. Staff was very helpful when needed. Tub/whirlpool was nice.

Great location, very relaxed environment. The parking lot is being paved which will be great once complete! Definitely recommend. Our room was very comfy and the master suite was large!

Any request to the front desk was not accommodated during our stay here. Basically the room and bathroom is all you get and anything you ask in addition will not be granted. The check-in and check-out process was painful as the front door of the hotel is not accessible and you have to bring stuff in from the back door which is small. It was an effort getting the cart from the front door and bringing it to the back door and then bring all your luggage in and no help was provided from hotel staff during this process. The parking was not easily available as well. The telephone in the room didn't work so you cannot call the front desk if needed. I had to call from my cellphone. It feels like the hotel staff does not offer all the listed services unless it is a peak season. Other than that the property has really nice surroundings and the views were great. The room and bathroom were neat and clean and that's the thing that stood out.

Such a pretty area and great hotel. Large room and the jetted tub was awesome after long travels. The only thing was we stayed in off season so no breakfast available. I would give 5 stars if had breakfast even during off season.

Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. Pool was wonderful. We were disappointed in the resort fee because we did not see what it went for…the fireplace was not on, the restaurant was closed. And we were missing essential items in the room…washcloths, sponge for cleaning dishes, no facial cleaning pads, etc.
