The Space:
Start your vacation in luxury at this beautiful 4 bedroom Villa home in Mt. Crested Butte. You can easily walk to the slopes or ride your bike straight to the trails from this well located property. The base area is a short 5 minute walk away where you can also get on a bus that will take you to the town of Crested Butte.
On the lower floor of the house, you will find a large media room complete with comfortable couches and a full bathroom. A large screen television on this level allows kids or adults to relax after a long day recreating. There is a twin rollaway bed for your use as well as a full laundry room.
On the 2nd floor you will find dramatic views of Mt. Crested Butte from the windows of the living room or while enjoying the brand new hot tub on the adjoining deck. This floor has a great room with a fully equipped kitchen looking into the living room and the dining area. You will also find a powder bath. The living area has a gas fireplace and large screen tv. The primary bedroom with king bed flat screen television and ensuite bath with separate shower and soaker tub are also on this floor. Off of the living room area is a nicely sized deck with seating to enjoy the stars or a soak in the tub.
On the 3rd floor you will find the remaining 3 queen bedrooms each with their own ensuite full baths.
This is a pet free property.
We cannot rent to anyone under 25 years of age but children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
Parking: No trailers, RVs, boats, side by sides, ATVs, may be parked outside. These must fit inside the garage. All other vehicles, including cars and trucks, shall be parked in the designated off-street parking associated with the subject unit at all times (this is the garage and driveway only). The maximum number of vehicles permitted shall be limited to the amount of off-street parking associated with the subject unit which is 3. No parking is allowed on any street, or in the overflow parking lot since the overflow parking lot is for owner use only. No parking on the grass of any unit.

Quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks from the Silver Queen Lift.
Getting Around:
Walk up to the Mountaineer Square and up the stairs on the right and hop on the free Town Shuttle to Crested Butte or walk to the slopes by taking a left outside the house and go straight across Gothic Rd/HWY 135 and take a left and than a right into the Whetstone parking lot. Walk b/w the Axtel and Whetstone buildings to the slopes.
