Heads-up
I wasn’t warned beforehand that my room is directly above the bar and band playing. It literally rattles the suite. Luckily my wife and I intended on joining the party anyway but I feel bad for those who just need rest. The music from the regular bar would be mitigated with the earplugs provided in the suite, but nothing could be done about the live band. You can’t beatem so join em. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised overall due to what you get for the price and I will stay here again.

The Creston Hotel and Suites is located in the down town area on Canyon Street. It is within easy walking distance to various breakfast bars and pubs. The Saturday Farmer's Market is only minutes away. The Royal Canadian Legion is only 2 blovks away.

Staff was very polite. Check in very smooth. Informed about pib noice till 12:30am but it was at tolerable level. Fell asleep with air-conditioning being on. Staff offered to change rooms to a further away from the pub location.

There were old stains on the bedsheet though staff was prompt to address it. Overall, room was less than satisfactory but staff service was excellent. The take-away breakfast wrap was very good too.

We were pleasantly surprised as this isn’t older property. It has been renovated and as well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and will return if we are back this way.
