Noisy, loud staff in the morning. Heard a lot of yelling, loud talking from staff, walkie talkie noise, thumping probablyfrom cleaning items. They woke me up multiple times. A lot of items on the menu werent available some including mint, cantaloupe or the specials. Servers didn't seem knowledgeable about the menu but they were very nice. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The pool was really nice and the front desk staff was lovely, however I wasn’t expecting the room to be so small or not to have a legitimate window. While the room was air conditioned, the bathroom was not. Our bathroom felt like a gross steamy sauna. Although we were four guests we showed up and found only two towels in our room. The food was okay but the service was very slow, the wait staff was not friendly, and the coffee had a weird menthol aftertaste. If you order the poke bowl, you should note that it has zero chicken. I missed that detail on the menu. After spending a week in Belize, mostly in the jungle, I got a tick bite in my bed at this hotel. Not sure I would recommend staying here.

Very nice accomodations, nice dining area, and convenient shuttle to the airport. Ask for a room not near the ice machine. It's very noisy at 3:00 am when someone gets ice.

Great rooms spacious and comfortable beds. Great AC, mini refrigerator and microwave oven. Our only detractor was the hot water in the shower. It never got really hot.

The hotel was nice enough to stay at. There were some pests, such as spiders and house geckos but that's pretty much to be expected from that area of Belize. My biggest issues were the noise - which I do realize much of was the guests, but I was on the ground floor and regularly woken up at midnight. The food at the restaurant tasted fine but every time I ate there it made me sick and in speaking to others, I was not alone.
