1) unclear where to pull up/unload luggage after 4 hour drive. 2) room was freezing and the thermostat, with instructions printed under it, did not work. Had to call and they adjusted the temp from some central location. 3) no free breakfast. 4) older, very classy hotel but clearly not staffed as it was in the old days. Existing staff were, however, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not included. Pool and jacuzzi, were wonderful! No access to a microwave but the restaurant that is inside the hotel plated up leftovers on real plates, silverware, and linen. And refused any kind of a tip. Staff went above and beyond!

Great location, beautiful old building with history, rooms with character and lots of space. Gowns provided for spa use. Pool towels provided. Great pool, water was nice and cool and not heavily chlorinated. Hot tub was hot! Bar had a bit of a vibe in it (there were people there!). Friendly bar staff (Chris and Reilly). Lots of free parking out front and behind. Generally a fab place to stay.
