This oceanside property has 2 beds 2 baths and sleeps 6 with all updated appliances and furniture. There are kayaks and carts for the kayaks Bikes, BBQ Grill, ice machine on the property for your use . The home is on stilts with covered porch and sitting area with Table for relaxing and taking in the view. On Venture Out property, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, ocean access with a ramp at the marina with fuel, and tackle for your fishing needs. There is also a convience store for food and drink.
THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY AND THE GATE WILL CHARGE $125.00 DOLLARS FOR THE GROUP NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS! THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT CHECK-IN. IT is charged and collected solely by VENTURE OUT RESORT. That is a separate fee from the home and will be collected at the gate when you arrive. A parking permit will be given to you at the gate while you are renting the house only one car is permitted under the home. A nightly storage fee is collected by venture out for Boat/ trailer extra Vehicles storage on-site, Overflow parking lot.

Visit to the Keys prior to cruise

This house was exactly what our family of 4 needed. Everything about the house was as described online! My husband and I, along with our 2 thirty-something aged children, were comfortable and felt right at home. The key lime pie that was waiting for us upon arrival was delicious! Keys to a great holiday
The Property was as advertised. Great location, had everything we needed, served as both a fantastic base camp between outings and home base. We were able to experience everything we wanted for Thanksgiving as well as hit all the Florida Key highlights (Key West, Bahia Honda , and Piegon Key to list a few), the Venture Out location amenities and activities were a fantastic fit for us as well. Would 100% come back and we are even looking for future dates already.

Wonderful Time in Cudjoe
We had a wonderful time for a quick Labor Day weekend trip. The neighborhood is family friendly and we enjoyed riding the bikes to the pool with our kids. It was convenient to have the boat ramp in the community as well. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Pro: Very clean property (same as pictures). Super fast response. Provide a welcome key lime pie. Cons: No elevator. Notes: 1. Beach supplies, paper towel, cooler, etc are located in the downstair room. We did not know until the last minute of our stay 2. Kayaks are heavy. My husband and me can not lift it up. 3. This is not a hotel. You are required to clean all dirty dishes, wash and put beach towels back to the basket, remove all trash from the unit and place in the trash can downstair, etc before you leave.

We stayed with my two daughters and my elderly parents while my daughter attended Sea Camp on Big Pine. House is well equipped and well situated. Super clean. Bed were comfortable and the hosts had really thought of everything. Hosts were very responsive. Community is quiet and not too far to groceries etc.

This stay was so relaxing! We loved the view from the porch. It had everything we needed for a great vacation! The bikes, kayaks, pool noodles, and towels were great amenities and much appreciated. The pool and cabanas were great as well! Everything was very clean.

This place was awesome. Location was great. The only real problem I had was that "my" bed did not make the trip with us. No matter where I stay, my bed at home is always more comfortable. There is no way to fix this. It is my own personal demon. Everything was as described. The manager was easy to communicate with. I give it a 6 out of 5 stars.

Best Vacation...will be returning for sure!!!
Very cute house! I didn't want to leave. Had plenty of everything. I definitely will stay there again. I have recommennded this house to several people after returning from our trip. The house had really nice & big washer & dryer. Was nice to come home with a suitcase of clean clothes rather than a hamper of dirty clothes. I took my teenager son & his friend & they enjoyed the bikes & kayaks. They also made friends with a couple other teenagers at the pool the first night we were there. Pool is open to 11pm. I loved everything about this house & the location. Was a short (30 minute) drive to Key West. I can't wait to plan my next trip there.

Great stay!
Rich and Laura provided a wonderful property for our stay in the Keys. It was a quick and enjoyable 30-minute drive to Key West. The resort was beautiful and we could see the canals and a quick golf cart ride to the big water. Wish we could have stayed longer. If I dreamed up the perfect beach house, this would be it! And we had the most delicious key lime pie! Thank you Rich and Laura!
