Not Villavicencio. It's 40 Mins or $20US to/from
Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. I mean, truly amazing and relaxing. Beautiful pool. Fun game room. The problems: This is a long way from Villavicencio! 70,000+ pesos each way, to and from. There are no refrigerators in room now, since Pandemic. There are no restaurants nearby so after 9pm or so, suggest you have food in room. The large garden tub/jacuzzi tub did not have hot water. They told me there was hot water, but after being on property, they confirmed there indeed was not. Strange side note: No iron in room either. That was a weird thing.

Very nice gardens and pool, buildings need maintenance, elevators not operating, restaurant needs better service. Corridors in the buildings need earlier cleaning, lots of bugs and wet when raining (safety hazard).

Restrepo stay
Hotel that needs an upgrade or remodeling soon. Only good reason to go here is if you play golf. No water until 10pm because of some issue. Rented the bikes and they were in horrible condition. Mildew on outside balconies. Food was normal at best.

This hotel is located in a wonderful place. The nature is the best. It is not so far of the town but you can take a nice sleep. Staff is incredible and breakfast is so good. I do recommend it.

Good hotel for rest and to enjoy nature
Beautiful hotel located in Restrepo, just 20 minutes from Villavicencio, far from any noise. The rooms are not equipped with a fridge if you want to keep your drinks cold. The WiFi connection is very poor in the rooms area, as well as in the common areas.

Nice Hotel, a little outdated but with amazing ppl
The Hotel is very nice, unfortunately, the Pandemic and the Closure of the Way from Bogota to Villavicencio put the hotel in a very stressful situation. It feels a little outdated, but the staff is amazing. I would recommend a little more effort on the sanity checks for the pandemic but it is ok.

Overall nowhere near up to the standard for a Wyndham hotel resort or in fact any brand resort hotel Big hotel, bad at normal times, but even worse when occupancy is high. In general the hotel is not what a booking customer expects of even a 3star hotel let alone a brand name one. It’s in dire need of renovation of both its fabric but most of all its standards. If I were Wyndham I would be embarrassed to put my name on the building. Rooms are basic clean, but like all things here in need of modernization No room service, not even a shop for essentials, you can’t even buy suntan oil. The nearest shop is a round trip of about 1/2 hour by car away. Only 1 dinning room restaurant + 1 pizza bar Dinning room has the atmosphere of a low end cafeteria. At dinner service not a table cloth to be seen, same 10 or so items on the menu. No wine list at all. Nowhere to have an evening dinner for a celebration say or just a normal resort experience. What should be the hotels pride and joy is their swimming pool. But oh no. Only 10 wooden slat sun beds with no cushions and cheap flimsy plastic chairs and tables for about another 50 people max. No individual sun umbrellas. But don’t worry unless your prepared to get up at 6am you won’t get one as they will all have been reserved by towels. Unbelievably there is No anti slip area around the 2 main pools. I’ve seen at least 8 bad falls. No towel service. Pool in need of renovation - extensive paint missing.

Nice place, but probably not worth the money
This is an old club that was remodeled as a Hotel. There are many nice things about the place, but, at the same time, it is clear they try to cut corners and save on petty items. For example, the toilet paper is horrible, the dining room so small they have to put the buffet outside at 30 degree C, which make you doubt about trying the milk or yougourt. Also, the wi fi quality is dreadful, and completely absent in the swimming pool area.

Beautiful settings
This hotel is perfectly located near the urban area of Villavicencio, with wonderful views of the plains. The pool area is very pleasant because it's surrounded by nature. The service was superb and the food at the restaurant was great. The construction is new but needs a little attention to final details and finishes. The rooms are spacious but the beds are small and the mattresses hard. If you can look past these minor issues, I'm sure you'll have a great stay as we did. I do hope to return someday.

Nice place, in a nice setting although for £70 a night I expect hot water. The place could be so much nicer than it is, however it's really badly ran. It was therefore empty, food was moderate at best, bar area left so much to be desired, wasn't really looking for a Karaoke place when I booked.
