Horrible business ethics
I booked a weekly stay but had to cancel the booking the next day (24h in advance). I wouldn’t mind paying a daily rate as penalty but the manager decided to charge me the whole week.

Ok but needs work
The hotel is fine as long as you only plan to use it as a place to sleep. HCP is an old hotel and unfortunately it shows in the outdated and rundown look of the place. The breakfast is plentiful and flavor-wise, I would rank it as edible. Again, it's fine if you are the kind of person that doesn't spend a lot of time in your room. I am that kind of person but, having said that, I would not choose to stay there again.

Bom, o atendimento doa funcionários é impecável. O café a manhã também achei muito bom. Porém as instalações do hotel não condizem com o titulo de 4 estrelas. Também tive dois grandes problemas: internet muuuuuito lenta (pelo menos pra mim que trabalho com vídeos pesados e necessito de uma internet robusta) e no ultimo dia caía toda hora. Também "perdi" um perfume caríssimo no hotel. Fiz uma troca de quarto e tenho quase certeza de que o perfume estava comigo no segundo quarto. Dei por falta já no dia seguinte mas mesmo que tivesse ficado no outro quarto, os funcionários da limpeza deveriam ter encontrado e devolvido antes de outro hóspede fazer check-in. Enfim, não fiz escândalo porque estava sem energia pra isso, mas EU não voltaria. Localização maravilhosa pra visitar pontos turísticos

bom, mas precisam melhorar a estrutura dos quartos
bom atendimento e o quarto é bonito. Tive que trocar de quarto três vezes pois nos dois primeiros quartos a fechadura não fechava direito, ao ponto de eu ficar preso por cerca de uma hora. café da manhã muito bom!
