The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

The only help we got was from the valet parking and the fee for the pet was outrageous don’t get caught for the cheap price when you make the reservation just not worth

The room it’s nothing like it shows in the photos. Not clean, very bad mattress, old towels, horrible breakfast. The lobby had strong smell coming from sewer... after comment with front desk, the person told she couldn’t smell anything wrong... On my second day, I left early, came back after 3pm and the room was still not clean, bed still messy and not clean towels... very dissatisfying

Tive que pagar o Estacionamento para a moto (15,00 por dia), mesmo informando no APP ESTACIONAMENTO DISPONÍVEL, mesmo fedendo muito devido obras, TERRÍVEL. Café da manhã fraco, pães do dia anterior, nem tomei no check-out. Atendimento recepção frio. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e chuveiro maravilhoso. Boa localização.

Entendo que trata-se de um hotel mais simples, mas ainda assim considerando o valor da diária está muito abaixo do esperado para este tipo de acomodação. De modo geral estava tudo muito ruim. Louças do café da manhã mal lavadas. Mesas sujas. Quartos bem antigos e sem manutenção, registro do banheiro solto. Fronha manchada. Colchão ruim. Toalhas de banho velhas e ásperas. Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Banheiro com odor forte de esgoto e exaustor com ruído alto.

Vale o custo benefício
Confesso que ao reservar este hotel fiquei com muito medo, devido aos comentários. Porém fui surpreendida com um quarto limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas, cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo. O café da manhã tinha tudo que era necessário e os funcionários da recepção muito educados. É um hotel antigo e que precisa de algumas manutenções, porém percebi que o hotel já está em obras. Vale muito a pena o custo benefício, além disso o hotel fica no centro da cidade.

Foi uma grande decepção. Não indico o hotel. O apartamento não se parece nem minimamente com as fotos do aplicativo, a cama era muito ruim, o banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto, e não tinha papel higiênico. Fui reclamar do papel higiênico e a pessoa mandou eu descer e buscar na recepção, não se dando o trabalho de levar até o apartamento. Atendimento de forma geral muito ruim, apenas fui. Em atendido no momento do Check in, por uma funcionária bem simpática.
