Horrível... passar longe.
Não foi fácil para encontrar o hotel pelo endereco, no check in já me cobraram estacionamento diário onde não há informações no site, me colocaram num quarto no 5º andar com duas camas que são menores que cama de casal muito desconfortavel, no momento da reserva escolhi quarto com uma cama de casal, não houve servico de quarto nos 3 dias da estadia tive que recolher lixos e correr atrás de toalhas limpas, não atenden interfone tendo que descer pra falar com a recepção, café da manhã mais ou menos, aceitável.

Hotel precisa de reforma .
Conversando c uma recepcionista, comentei como achei ruim esse hotel, e ela me disse que foi comprado à uns 2 meses, e que alguns quartos já foram reformados. Ar condicionado não funciona, camas desconfortáveis, toalhas velhas, aparência de "sujo", banheiro com teto aparentando mofo e td bem antigo. Estacionamento pago a parte e o café da manhã bem simples, porém bom !

A única coisa que valeu foi o café que foi melhorzinho, mas pelo custo benefício, já esperava! Quarto com cheiro de chulé e meias jogadas atrás da porta, reclamamos na recepção, mas não fomos atendidos. As 5:00 da manhã, alguém fumando no quarto do lado, muito cheiro de cigarro e música alta, frigobar não funcionava, reclamamos e também não fomos atendidos, quartos mofados, tv não funcionava.

Pontos negativos: Ambiente estava sujo, havia cabelo no quarto e banheiro, também haviam resíduos de cigarros na janela. Trinco da porta estava quebrado, porém não impediu que a tranca funcionasse. Uma das tomadas não estava funcionando. Pontos positivos: Cama confortável. Localização boa. Área externa com piscina ampla, sem necessidade de agendamento. Café satisfatório.

Hotel muito limpo, em bom estado de conservação e bem localizado. Café da manhã bom e com alimentos de qualidade. Os pontos negativos foram: Os colchões das camas que são muito finos e moles e a televisão que pegava apenas 2 canais abertos (Globo e Cultura)e pouquíssimos fechados.

Roupa de cama pequena, lençol não fica na cama. Colchão furado. Teve troca de lençol e toalhas só 1 dia. Pouca manutenção no banheiro. Liguei reclamando do barulho dos hóspedes de cima pois estavam discutindo quase meia noite. Nada foi feito. Café da manhã fraco. Não tinha nenhuma opção sem lactose nem sem glúten. Bolos secos e sem gosto. Não recomendo

O hotel é simples, não têm muito cuidado com as acomodações, e seus funcionários não estão preparados para atender o público em geral, principalmente turistas que visitam a cidade de Curitiba. É necessário mais cuidado e um pouco de investimento para que os hóspedes possam se sentir melhor recebidos.
