Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Primeira viagem em família e a experiência foi bem abaixo do esperado. Os funcionários do foram cordiais, no geral, apesar de estarem muito perdidos, me entregaram um quarto sujo, depois um quarto que precisava de cartão para ligar a luz, mas a funcionária jurava que não, além de nos registrarem em quartos errados. Uma funcionária se dipôs a ajustar, mas com uma atitude que se eu fosse o errado. Café da manhã, simples, atende, mas não espere nada, o suco de laranja estava ótimo. A localização é boa, ao lado do mercado municipal. O problema é que o estacionamento fica a alguns metros do hotel e não no hotel. A grande questão é o péssimo atendimento, me deu desgosto de ter que pagar para deixar meu carro nesse local. O quarto que ficamos era bem antigo, programação da tv defasada, os lençóis manchados, mas isso não importou na verdade, o intuito era apenas dormir mesmo. No geral, só a localização é boa, no geral é mediano a péssimo. Honestamente, aluguem um Airbnb de confiança que vai lhes atender melhor.
