Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

A nossa experiência neste hotel foi regular. Fizemos a reserva com bastante antecedência, mas, ao chegarmos, fomos informados que havia apenas um quarto disponível, localizado no térreo, justamente onde estavam realizando reformas. Isso já causou um certo desconforto. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, não condizia com as fotos do site, e não possuía ar-condicionado, o que tornou a estadia um pouco desconfortável. Apesar disso, o quarto estava limpo e em boas condições. O hotel oferece estacionamento, porém ele é pago e não fica no local, o que não foi informado com clareza na reserva. Isso pode ser um ponto negativo para quem busca praticidade. O café da manhã era simples, sem grandes destaques. No geral, o custo-benefício valeu a pena. Não é a melhor opção para estadias mais longas ou planejadas, mas pode funcionar bem para quem precisa apenas de uma pernoite ou uma estadia rápida.
