Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Não ficaremos mais neste hotel, pois apresenta um péssimo estado de conservação, corredores terrivelmente sujos e quartos com piso vinílico sujos. Elevadores pequenos e com uso para serviço os dois únicos elevadores disponíveis, fazendo que o hóspede espere muito para conseguir usar. Cobertor sem estar ensacados e aparentemente já usados. Poderia apontar mais alguns pontos…. Mais vou ficar por aqui.

Péssima hospedagem, o andar onde estava hospedado estava em reforma (colocando piso), abriram meu quarto sem minha permissão, os pedreiros que estavam colocando piso fumaram dentro do quarto e jogaram bitucas de cigarro dentro do vaso sanitário em quanto eu estava fora (pessoas estranhas entraram dentro do meu quarto e tiveram acesso aos meus pertences sem minha autorização)

Atendimento excelente (Sra Mariza) muito atenciosa. Café da manhã muito aquém, frutas congeladas, margarina, com apenas opções básicas e simples no café da manhã . Banheiro sem ducha higiênica no vaso , porém chuveiro top com ótimo aquecimento. Quarto limpo, ar condicionado não funciona ( coloquei para temperatura a cima de 25 graus e não mudou nada, apenas barulhos e geladeira venha com muito gelo e barulhenta.
