Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

O estacionamento era fora e cobrado a parte, porém era perto e seguro. A cama de casal deixou a desejar pois era a união de duas camas de solteiro. Roupa de cama e banho limpas, chuveiro bom. Quarto antigo. Tomamos o café da manhã bem cedo e ainda não tinham colocado todas as coisas, mesmo assim, tinha pouca variedade e não tinha nada de especial na comida. Consideramos que foi um bom custo benefício levando em consideração o valor pago.

Quarto muito bem arrumado, banheiro também limpo, porém o café da manhã já não é mais o mesmo. No ano passado estivemos no local e o café tinha mais variedades e conteúdo. Como o espaço é relativamente pequeno para o número de clientes, falta funcionário para tirar os pratos e talheres e liberar as mesas para os que chegam depois. Tivemos problemas também com as reservas, pois havíamos chegado quase no final da reserva do primeiro dia, e a recepção alegando que havíamos feito a reserva de apenas um dia, sendo que eram duas. Mas no final deu tudo certo. No mais, tudo ok.
