Nice hotel in quiet part of the city
Service here is excellent with staff who speak excellent English do everything possible to help you. The hotel is not fancy but the public areas are like a garden. Breakfast is quite basic but adequate. Overall it’s an excellent place to stay but don’t expect lots of frills.

Fantastic hotel close to everything but just outside the busy and noisy main plaza. The staff were extremely professional including having our rooms ready with our checked bags in room after returning late from a 7 day trek. The breakfast was excellent and fresh water, tea and coffee available at all times. Highly recommend.

Average location. Spent over 500 usd over my stay. Firsr night no hot water 10am to 6pm. They said they fixed. Next day same thing and changed our room. Basic services they lacked. Attendents rude sometimes. After we left they called our taxi driver that we need for pay 5 sol for a water. After we spent 1000s of sol in our stay. Pros. Held our bags. Helped us with a room last minute. Some staff were kind others not.

Beautiful and convenient hotel
We loved our stay at Rumi Punku! It is a beautiful colonial style hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I requested a room on the upper floor when I booked and this is what I received. The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk away from the main square. We were able to leave our suitcases in the safe luggage room for 6 days after check out while touring the jungle.

Lovely hotel on a quiet street, easy to walk to main square. The hotel is traditional and has lovely courtyards to sit and relax. Great Breakfasts. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel .

Friendly and caring staffs. The property locates on a ramp which requires a little walk from the main attractions. My room was a bit humid, which isn’t really enjoyable on such a high altitude where oxygen is already reduced.

Fantastic locally run hotel, staff excellent and very helpful, we loved staying here and had some difficult travel arrangements with two 5bdaybtreks between stays and they stored luggage free of charge, organised transport with good price for us, madsage between hikes on site, great laundry service for difficult hiking garments with no issues. Breakfast included, unbeatable for the price.

Stayed 3 times before and after 5 day treks, staff are excellent and very helpful, breakfast great, if you need anything ask them and they can probably arrange it for a very reasonable price - laundry including merino hiking gear needing low temp wash and dry, masssge between hikes, private jetted tub and sauna use. I would not stay anywhere else in Cusco after this experience, they had everything we need for a great price.

Stayed in this excellent, locally run hotel. Staff were fantastic, price is great, they atored luggage for us twice on 2 x 5 day treks with Alpaca Expeditions with no fee. Breakfast included and its excellent for fhe price of the stay. They have filtered drinking water for free that we drank over a 2 week period and did not get sick. The laundry service for the treks is very reasonable and we booked a great massage between hikes and use of the private spa (jetted tub, sauna, shower) that is also very reasonably priced and great between treks. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Cusco is a great base and i wouldnt stay anywhere else in Cusco having stayed here. Great value for money.
