We have taken these measures for your safety during the Covid 19 pandemic:
We have removed decorative bed linens and replaced them with linens that can be laundered with hot water and bleach. It may not look as woodsy, but we are thinking about our guests safety.
If you use any extra linens or the air mattresses, please leave them out so we may sanitize them.
We have cleaned and sanitized with antibacterial cleaners and bleach in all areas.
We have provided hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap.
Our mountain home sleeps 8 to 14 people . It is located at the end of a cul de sac and is bordered on two sides by the Black Hills National Forest. You can sit on the deck and hear the birds and watch the chipmunks play tag. Deer, turkey and coyotes are frequent visitors. This is the place to get away from it all and declare you are in Hog Heaven. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are two living areas as well as a full kitchen and dining area. The loft area features a master bedroom with king bed and bath with a walk in shower. The main level of the home has two bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed. The larger room has access to a private deck. The main floor bath room has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen and main living area are on this level. The sofa can be converted to a bed. There is a full kitchen and dining area with seating for 14. Most utensils and appliances are included along with some staple food items. French doors take you to the main deck where you can enjoy the best view for miles around. The lower level features a walk out deck with hammocks to enjoy a book or take a nap in the gentle breeze. The lower level bedroom features a king size bed. The lower level bath includes a tub/shower combination. Enjoy a movie and pop corn from the pop corn maker or play some board games or do a puzzle in the living area on this level. There are two queen sized air beds available also. A fire pit is located on the main level by the parking area. It has been sanctioned by the US Forest Service. Please use common sense when you use it according to the fire danger at the time you visit. Take a hike up the forest service trail and arrive at the top of the mountain for a view of the Hills that is hard to beat! We love our mountain get away and hope you will too.
