Nothing not to like, our suite was great, loved the city view and really enjoyed the breakfast. Walking distance to the night market and a lot of other nice shops and cafes. We didn't get the chance to check everything out. Also loved the tub. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location, right next to the night market and a huge shopping complex right next to the hotel. Great gym, large and diversified. Breakfast was large and diversified. We took 3 bedroom apartment and it was fully equipped with kitchen etc. although we mostly ate outside. All in all - a great place to stay and we would definitely come again.

Good location but room needs up keeping
The location is great! The room looks nice but maintenance needs to be improved. The bathroom gets flooded after a shower, and water flows over to the WC area as well. The design of room could also have been better, eg. The sink placement makes the entry to the toilet inaccessible, hence making it less convenient when the room is shared. There is also no power plug near the study table, making it less convenient if you need to charge your laptop.

A pleasant stay in Da Lat
Good stay, breakfast offers good and multiple items..The only draw back was wait staffs need pay more attention to guests' needs..Also needed to improve in personality i.e more friendly and smiling towards guests..However this is still a good hotel to stay..

I like this hotel. But the shower and toilets are not great. You can either close the door of the shower and toilet. But can do both. The deluxe room is small for me bed not comfortable for the price. Breakfast is good. Hotel is located right in the heart of the center. Do have most everything around.

Construction every morining anove room, rooms are NOT soundproof very noisy they did on the last day move us to a upgraded room but the smell of cigarette smoke was powerful and they put families bear couples and kids run up and down halls screaming and they also put us across from housekeeping who were really loud even though the do not distirb sogn was on if you want quoet relaxation this is Not the place

Nice modern hotel catering to Asian tourists
Good breakfast buffet, albeit mostly Korean and Vietnamese dishes. Deluxe Double Room was small, but adequate with nice view. Bathroom was very small (Toilet stall was so little you'll bang your head pulling up your pants!), and has too many mirrors. Room had more than enough outlets, which is rare in Vietnam. The "western" restaurant had very limited menu which did not reflect the advertisements for the restaurant. The lobby bar was OK, they had lots of fancy cocktails, but did not know how (or were unwilling) to make a simple Gin & Tonic. No wine by the glass.
