I recently stayed at Bay Capital Danang for a quick one-night trip while visiting relatives, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel itself is new, modern, and sleek, with an elegant design that sets a high standard from the moment you walk in. My room was incredibly spacious, filled with every amenity I could need, and the view from my window was absolutely breathtaking! It was such a treat to wake up to that kind of scenery. The location couldn’t be more convenient—getting around was a breeze, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore. What made my stay even more memorable was the exceptional customer service. Not recommend if you travel for business/guy trip
Bad experience during my business trip to Da Nang. This is my second time staying with them. I stayed for 5 days and the hotel only change the bedsheet 1 times. Until the last night, I have to ask them to change the bed sheet and clean the bathrooms properly. The dust everywhere! The front desk manager and staffs are totally not professional and bad mouthing other guest in front of my staff. They set stupid rule for visiting guest.

We enjoy our time in Da Nang
The hotel location is in a perfect location, walking distant to restaurants and markets. Our room was fabulous with the best view to the river and bed was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay at this hotel if we are in Da Nang again.

Wonderful room, clean, comfortable bed, good shower and decent selection for breakfast. Only sour taste was when you book as an Expedia VIP and don’t get an upgrade and no lounge access although that’s what was clearly stated at point of booking. False advertising and wasted time arguing at reception. Expedia made up for it with a few dollar points

Modern and beautiful hotel
Modern, beautiful hotel with gorgeous views! Great walkable location or just a short grab ride away from other parts of the city and beaches. I think a lot of tour groups may stay here so check in was a bit hectic and our two rooms weren’t ready until over an hour past the check in time of 14:00. The hotel is quite large compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam so didn’t have as much of a warm and personalized experience with the staff here but overall would still recommend!

If it’s a 5 star hotel, it would be nice for the staff to speak a bit of English. They are not organized. They charged me extra fees by mistake and then they apologized and wanted to charge me for something else that had already been paid. Every little issue they had, they come and interrupt us where ever we were in the hotel instead of letting us relax and bring up any issue at the end of our stay

Brand new hotel, large and modern. Excellent shower, comfy bed, nice sized room. Beautful lobby. Very helpful staff. Free minibard replenished every day. A grab to the main areas was only a few dollars, and walkable distance to some markets. Lots of bars and restos in the area. We loved our time there! Da Nang is a great city
